Great location. The room and the "hotel' Are getting a bit tired. We stayed Thurs to Sat. Family of 4. I can see this turning into a younger, ski and party destination. Not that there is anything wrong with it just not what am doing these days. Okemo is a great mountain. The hotel service was excellent. Front desk called to find out when we were coming […] in so they could have staff to help up settle in. Very nice touch. "Not for a summer stay"
Seems like it would be great for skiers, but there was no air-conditioning in either of the rooms we were in. Also, make sure you call the hotel or book directly, booking a room with 2 beds through hotels.com resulted in a room with 1 bed and a 30 min wait while they brought us a key to another room. The interiors are all different because they are […] private condos - first room had nice TVs, second had one from the 90s. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We really enjoyed our stay! We were on the first floor and there was a small hill right outside our door perfect for my 3 yr old to sled down. Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stairs, Stairs Stairs"
While the room was clean, the amount of stairs necessary to access any of the rooms is more than annoying. Who ever designed this building obviously wasn't a skier. At the drop off area, I had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to my floor with all my bags, then had to go down a long hallway where I went down 4 sets of stairs before I got to my room. […] Repeat every time I wanted to ski or get something to eat. Especially since the reserved parking spot is across the street, at the end of the public lot and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Place just a bit outdated"
My kids and I stayed here for a skiing get away. The location couldnt be better, right at the base lodge. It was great to be able to go into the condo for lunch instead of buying at the lodge. It was a bit outdated. But it served its purpose well. I would definatey stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
hotel staff all friendly and very helpful. it was difficult finding especially with the gps but after calling the hotel the helped us out greatly. recommend it...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Outdated. Rooms smelled. Jacuzzi closes at 9pm....way to early in my opinion.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"okemo mountain resorts"
The stay was ok. There was no assistance when you check in or check out, you need to drive couple of miles to the hotel's main office to do that. This is really painful. There was no elevator in the hotel, it should have been mentioned in the amenities. while you are in the hotel, you need assistance, remember its gonna from head office.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
For a family this was a great, exceptionally clean, we found everything we needed and did not need to contact the lobby in Jackson Gore.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet retreat in the summer"
This was a plain, non frilly condo with everything you need. It was clean and comfortable but basic. If you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you. But if you want a condo with all the comforts of home and a reasonable price tag, it works. We stayed in August and I think we were one of only 3-4 guests so it was very quiet. Nice if that's […] what you're looking for. We had to check in down the street at another property and they were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. "Spacious time-share condo"
The accommodations were great: marble-countered kitchen, bedroom with 2 queen beds, living room with pull out sofa and a bathroom. It was a great set up and a comfortable feel. You can't get a much better location if visiting Okemo and it feels like you might just be home.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
condo was very clean.very nice resort.checking in was not very organized.offices were closed due renovations and no signs posted as to where to check in.no staff on premises just lots of prep for winter.would not recommend going for fall foilage.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice place but..."
You will need to check in at the Jackson Gore Inn about a mile and a half down the road - that would have been helpful info to have up front versus having to find out while trying to check in. This unit did NOT have a Sleep Number bed as promised. The pull out couch was much more comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Will never book there again!"
I normally stay at Killington but thought I would try Omemo. Bad move! The add said indoor & outdoor pool which is why we went there, We just wanted to relax by an outdoor pool all weekend as it about 95 that weekend. We arrived there t check in. Staff was nice and mentioned the indoor pool and its location. I asked about the outdoor pool and they said […] it was only available to owners. Then he proceeded to tell us our unit was 1.5 miles away from everything. Just for laughs we went and check the unit. It was over 90 degrees inside, had two 12" fans and no A/C! Needless to say went went back to the office and cancelled. They told us we could upgrade to have pool acess for an additional $280 on top of what we already paid. Needless to say we canceled and drove the 20 mins to Killington and enjoyed a very relaxing weekend by the pool in the main lodge for the same original price! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but we had no problems and the location was fantastic. Perhaps it was the luck of the draw, but our room was well appointed and comfortable. Great job OKEMO, we'll be back.
"Chimney needs to be cleaned"
02/24/14 nylon88 New York City, New York
We love Okemo and the location of the Mountain lodge. This is the first time we stayed in the A building, very convenient right across from the rentals, Starbucks and the cafeteria. However the chimney desperately needs to be cleaned. We were willing the pay the high price for location and real fireplaces but it got pretty smoky in the condo even the flu was all the way open. Also, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. An aerobes would probably be better.
"Best Snow Grooming in the NE"
02/05/14 Da84bennett1 East Quogue, New York
I have never had a bad ski trip to Okemo and I have been coming here since I was a child. The snow grooming is always top notch. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Ski Instructor Chris Carter was excellent and spent much time with the family teaching them to ski.
"Great Location- OK Room"
01/15/14 hearttropical Boston, Massachusetts
This was the second time my husband and I stayed at the Okemo Mountain Lodge. The location can't be beat. You're right in the heart of Okemo and for 2 people it is a perfect amount of space. Our room had everything we needed, clean kitchen with all the utensils, dish washer, fridge and clean bathroom. We even had a modernized flat screen TV which was a step up from our stay 2 years ago. Although the TV in the bedroom was not working. The fireplace was a nice touch. Everything was clean, but the overall feel of the room just felt tired right down to the bedding. The quilt looked like it has been there since the 90's and the blanket underneath was very warn and had snags in the fabric which just made me feel I was sleeping in a dirty bed. We learned last time to bring our own pillows and blankets. I know the point of the ski trip is to ski and we did exactly that and Okemo is a fantastic place to do so. I just wish that at the end of the day I was more psyched to return to the room and not feel like I overpaid. Overall: Clean room that was perfect for a ski getaway, just needs to be updated. Fabulous location.

great place for long ski runs and beautiful scenary. We arrived on a snowy Friday morning and had a great day skiing Saturday, despite a temperature of 0. Friendly families, nice lodge, and great stores in town.
"Stay, but don't eat"
10/16/13 bayarddc washington
Participated in a wedding here in fall 2013. The location is lovely and the place has a range of activities, aside from skiing. Rooms are pretty standard, nothing remarkable. That brings us to the wedding dinner. Without question, the worst food I have ever eaten. The appetizers included raw veggies, perfectly fine. The main meals - choices of meat, fish, pasta - were all simply awful, really beyond my capacity to describe. If you are thinking about a wedding here (very expensive), and you care about the food, look elsewhere. For a place to stay in the Ludlow area, off season, it's perfectly decent and has activities like a zip line and other stuff kids will like. The hotel aspect gets 3.5 stars; the food gets zero stars.
"Comfy, very quiet and good value in the offseason"
08/23/13 Carrie B Boston
I stayed one night in August 2013 with a bunch of girlfriends. We booked a room directly with the Okemo Mountain Lodge, but we were actually staying in a small condo owned by a family (apparently rented out by the lodge when not in use by the owner). There were a couple of family pictures in frames in the living room - just enough to remind you to be respectful because you're in someone's space but not so much that you feel uncomfortable being there. Our unit in the C-building was perfect for us - a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, pull-out couch in the living room, large bathroom, and a stocked kitchen. Very clean, comfortable, and homey. Plenty of extra towels, shampoos, etc. in the bathroom. Even a real fireplace! The location is literally right on the slope - we walked out the patio doors from our living room and were right on the grass at the top of the chair lift. Each room/condo appeared to have a separate ski storage room out in the hallway, so you don't have to bring your wet stuff inside.
"It's not just for skiing!"
07/08/13 SuzanneH443 Boston
My husband surprised me with a getaway weekend at Okemo for our anniversary. We've both skiied Okemo but I wouldn't normally think of it as a summer getaway. I was wrong - it was great! The area, of course, is beautiful in the summer, but there's also a lot to do. We took an 19 mile bike ride (Salt Ash Loop, starts about 15 minute drive from the resort) through gorgeous scenery, took a refreshing dip in a crystal clean lake at the base of Killington, and then came back to the resort and zip-lined - $20 discount when you stay there. So fun! Food was great - lots of local treats like berries and cheese. We booked the "romance weekend" which included massage, gift basket in the room and dinner one night. Would definitely go back.

For us was the first time in the snow, and in a skii. We love every minute of it! the lodge was very good and on the slopes! so for us beginners, it was all perfect! the only thing is that I found massage to be expensive, for the time and quality of it. kids club was great, my kid loved it... hope it was longer hours and bit cheaper, so I cound have use it for more days!
"Best Ski Trip Ever! Stayed in C-106 at Okemo Mountain Lodge"
04/05/13 ArmoraD New York City, New York
We stayed at Okemo Mountain Lodge in the C-106 condo and it was amazing! You r not just Slopeside here, u are RIGHT ON the beginner bunny slope! We literally skied in and out our back door right to the lifts! The place was immaculate, extra towels and tp was appreciated :-) and My hubby was pleasantly surprised with the HDTV and wifi enabled DVD player! We watched Netflix from our own account! Free high speed wifi too! The kitchen had everything u could imagine along with spices, olive oil, and even Pam cooking spray! The king sized bed was real comfy and there was plenty of extra pillows too. Best part? We could walk to the bar and have a drink, eat great food and listen to live music! There's another bar The Loft with really great food just a short walk too. All in all, we highly recommend this place and we couldn't have had a better time. Slopeside Rental company received us and was easy and hassle free. Can't wait to come back next year!
