Overall it was a good stay. Very clean room and bathroom. Close to the highway, easy to find. Breakfast a bit lacking , could have more options but just a hair better than most continental breakfasts. Service was ok, check in and check out both easy and quick, we arrived at 9pm and person a bit cold in the personal aspect but not too bad.

Mattress are worne out , pillow cases were old and so were the bath towels. The carpet had stains on them and light fixtures were dusty.

One of the worst Starbucks cup of coffee and the free breakfast ended up being cold cereal, one fruit and a drink. The hotel is fairly new and the room was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The fitness room was small, but had nice equipment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to the business traveler or family on their way to the Keys/South Miami area.

Hotel was very clean. Nice amenities. Close to restaurants for dinner and shopping. For the extra few dollars, add breakfast to your stay, it is worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. allowed us to check in early which was nice as we were arriving in from a long drive. Convenient to Miami Pier parking.

This hotel was a very nice surprise! The lobby is ultra modern, it's got a great Starbucks-type café (and they do sell Starbucks coffee as well). Rooms are very nice, modern looking type. Service was excellent. Location is 2 minutes away from Turnpike. This will be my de-facto hotel for my trips to this area!!!

This my second time staying here and it was amazing. The bed is so comfortable it out weighs that the pillows are not fluffy. The shower was really clean and replace our towels when we didn't even ask. Only annoying part is maid knocking on the door especially if you like to sleep in. Starbucks in the morning that's as great coffee and a Starbucks that's sells cold beer in the evening!! Only down fall was the ants at The pool area. Might wanna watch where you step! But it's a quick and easy fix! Great hotel, great location, and great amenities!

Beautiful modern hotel. Room is not that spacious but comfortable with a sofa couch. I also found the room and public areas to be very clean. The hotel provides a shuttle which can drop you off anywhere within a five mile radius. I didn't find the staff that welcoming or friendly but not that they were rude or anything. I would stay here again .

Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. They do have a 24 hour fitness center, which is a great plus. Everything was perfect but you must have a car or rental to experience Miami.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Elegant yet comfy lobby with a very convenient diner/bar facility. The only downside is in regards to location if you, like me, likes to have a walk aroud the area the first time there...nothing to see or to do in the area unless you have a car :(

The room was fine for an overnight stay with a family of four including a teenager, who was too cool to sleep with anyone else on the two queen beds, who made use of the pull-out bed /chair. They promptly brought us extra towels as the kids used them in the pool. In Nov the pool was a little cool but the hot tub made up for it. Well the hotel stay was good. The only thing we did not like was costumer service at the begining. We got to the front desk and the lady didn"t greet us right away she was on the phone making a personal call. Another thing was thew house keeping were talking way to loud in the morning , but other than that everything else was good.
