Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

Located in Shenzhen (Futian), The Ritz-carlton Shenzhen is close to Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, Huanggang Port, and Huanggang Border Crossing. Also nearby are Shenzhen Golf Club and Shenzhen Museum.

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋の環境やサービスもとても良かったです！ 今回クラブフロアの利用で、ラウンジでの食事やビジネスルームの使用も無料ででき、大変便利でした。 近くに中心城と言うモールもあり、食事やショッピングも快適で、過ごしやすかったです！！ 是非お勧めのホテルです。
