The customer service at this location was excellent, so friendly! Only real complaint was the pricing for breakfast. If you don't want the buffet, the pricing is confusing. Totally out of your control: not a pedestrian friendly location, no crosswalks or sidewalks.

I had to leave the hotel after the second night and had to stay in a different hotel for the third night of my trip. My back still hurts. Firmness dial on one side of one of our beds was not functioning. Please check when you arrive. Horseplay at pool. Kids who were not monitored by an adult as stated by the rules. It was a really good place to stay, especially for the price. Everything was kept very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby (with TVs and a fireplace) and bar were good places to visit with friends, the gym was little but pretty good and the pool was great. Also, there are apparently deer to be seen from the parking lot in the early morning hours. This hotel is a great place to stay. It has all the little extra touches that make your stay feel special. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and included everything we needed and then some. The only problem I encountered was that the fridge was warm when we arrived but one call to the desk and within 5 minutes, someone was there and fixed […] the colling temperature very quickly. The beds were a little firm for our taste but they do have custom controls on each side of the mattresses so that you can control your level of firmness. In my opinion, even on the softest setting it could have been softer for me but that's just the way I like it. The lobby area is beautiful and the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was enjoyable as well. We did not try the restaurant/bar area but it smelled delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. This was our first visit to the Cartersville, GA Hilton and when we walked into the hotel it was beautiful. The Staff was very nice and attentive. We were very tired and went to our room and when we walked in it looked like the Hiltons we are used to seeing but we find we are on the 2nd floor overlooking the sites and sounds of all the hotel airconditioning. […] It was noisy and the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable and smelled of possible unclean linens. Had we not been so tired we would have tried for another room or moved to another hotel. We checked out early the next morning and came home. I realize that it was a holiday weekend and all the hotels were booked but that doesn't account for the smell and noise that kept us awake most of the night. Very nice hotel. Fairly priced when booked through hotels.com. Wish breakfast was included with the hotel cost. I would rather pay a little more and have it included than have to pay extra every morning. Good business center. In room internet access was a little slow. Spent one night and received the worst room in the inn. Right outside our window was some sort of A/C vent that ran on and off all night that kept waking me up. Worst night I every spent at a hotel when traveling. I should have stayed at a Hampton, buyer beware.

This hotel has everything that a person could want. We had a jetted tub in our room, not the bathroom but in the ROOM itself. How cool is that!!!! There was a jacuzzi and a heated pool that was both indoor and outdoor. The bar and restaurant area was superb. The weekend night waitress and bartender were excellent.

Really, everything was fine...on check-in desk clerk distracted with phone....I understand but it's still annoying when you are checking in and the process is interrupted multiple times by clerk taking phone. Bathroom sink looked as if it had not been cleaned. Rest of room seemed fine. Very comfortable desk chair and bed was good.

This hotel was fantastic! Service was wonderful, the room and hotel was beautiful. My family enjoyed the pool, both inside and out (although it was rather chilly outside since it was Thanksgiving). Took my hubby and son some time to get used to it being salt water though. They didn't care for that aspect, but loved it otherwise. The hot tub was great […] too. The customer service was always great with very pleasant people always willing to help you. The only negatives (and not that big of a deal) were that the elevators had some issues. They worked but sometimes were quirky. We just laughed about it. Also, I wouldn't suggest the breakfast in the hotel. Dinner there was fabulous but breakfast was gross. We spent a lot and ended up leaving to eat somewhere else because the food was hard and dried out and my pancakes were liquid batter inside (not even close to cooked all the way). The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It was very new when we stayed there, so we had a hard time finding it even with a GPS. We had to request additional towels for the room since the trend in hotels seems to be to provide towels for only three people. The toilet became stopped up, but it was quickly fixed.

Though it has it's own excellent restaurant, it is located across the street from several restaurants, Starbucks, a department store and a discount store as well as other stores. We ended up here by default as all the hotels in Atlanta were booked because of the Final Four weekend. We were traveling from Ontario to Florida and needed somewhere to stay for the night. I stay in hotels a lot and I can honestly say that this is probably one of the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in, and the others were 5 star that charged about […] 3x as much for a night. The hotel is new, which helps, but it is also spotlessly clean, the front desk staff are efficient and helpful. The rooms are larger than most at the same price point. Mini fridge, free wireless, well sound insulated - even the carpet was so clean that I felt comfortable walking barefoot (I never do in hotel rooms). The restaurant has a breakfast buffet (you are served the hot food, and the cold food is help yourself), and it is well worth taking the extra time in the morning to eat before you go.
