My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

Overall, it was a great stay! I didn't spend much time here as I was in the area for a wedding. One of the biggest perks was the fact that this particular location is pet friendly. We were on the top floor, which was disappointing because of the need to let the dog out. The beds and pillows were amazing, quiet, clean.

I really like the hotel room but with some of the rooms being smoking the hallway smelled very strongly of smoke and bothered me. The workout room had a air freshened in it that was too strong to workout in. No jacuzzi but had a pool.

This appears to be a new hotel. It was very clean and very comfortable. Check in was a little slow. There was only one person working. She did appologize for the delay while we standing in line and again while she was helping us. Room was very clean and very nice. The hotel was located right next door to a Bass Pro Shop. It was very nice. nothing bad about the hotel or it's staff. i just did not realize we were so far from the sights that we wanted to see. Plus the prices in town were far cheaper for a room especially with a jacuzzi. i don't know if they would have been has nice as our hotel or not but the prices sure were inciting

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very courteous, beds were extremely comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows and most of all was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had with bicsuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, french toast, hot fresh pancakes, bagles, muffins, coffee, juice,hot sweet cinnamon rolls, yogurt, […] etc... Within walking distance of Bass Pro Shop and right off the interstate so no traffic nightmares to deal with. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Read more

This hotel exceeded our expectations - great location - across the road was a wonderful Christmas Light Show. Walk to Bass Pro - easy access to interstate. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was best for any hotel - not very many hotels serve hot scrambled eggs with sausage and gravy biscuits, sausage, pancakes. Just a great stay - can't say enough […] about this hotel and the desk personnel was wonderful even when we showed up a day early and they were able to accommodate us. Our stay was great. Stayed two nites, great location away from lots of the traffic in the area, if you like Bass Pro just a stroll next door, breakfast was wonderful lots of choices even hot food was offered, fresh and tasty, will stay again. clean and fresh room.

This hotel is equal to staying in a Marriott or Hilton. It is beautiful, clean, quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay in an odd numbered room. The noise from the interstate rattles the windows. Other than the noise everything was good. Only one elevator though.

Our two day stay went well. We were on a motorcycle and the staff allowed us to park right out front. Very friendly staff. Only negative was coffee at breakfast ran out both mornings for several minutes.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kodak, TN. It was very quiet and clean. Room we stayed in looks just like the one in the picture. Hotel is next door to Bass Pro Shops and very close to a lot of restaurants (walking distance). Breakfast was ok. Had hot waffles, muffins, bagels, bananas. There's road construction everywhere […] so we hit a bit of traffic on the main highway. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Read more
