Hotel is adequate for what we needed - a clean place to sleep at a reasonable price. Friendly and pleasant staff. HI Express breakfasts are not as good as those of some of their competitors. There is nothing close around the hotel in the way of travel amenities - restaurants etc.

Excellent location for a family visit in the area. Convenient to Chicago, and expressways to airport. Rates were very reasonable and breakfast generous.perfect for families, business travelers and a reasonable priced getaway for singles. Rooms were very clean with refrigerators and microwaves.

This place had great employees. They were very professional and pleasant. One of the highlights of the stay. There is a lack of dining in the area, if you interested in non-fast food restaurants.

Clean and quiet. The only thing I want to mention that the shuttle only pick up costumers from O'hare airport but not midway airport, just make sure which airport you will arrive.

My wife was in Loyola University Medical Center and this was the best option for me to stay rather than drive 90 miles of construction on I 90. The hotel was convenient from the hospital driving on I 290 at night (safer than Rosswevelt Rd)and Roosevelt Rd during the day(I 290 has stop and go traffic at rush hour). The best thing about our stay here was the staff. They were all super friendly, and when a problem arose with our air conditioning, they were super helpful and rectified the situation without delay. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The room was clean. The breakfast - I personally would not recommend. It is walkable distance to starbucks - which is in target :) The hotel probably has problem with towels, because you won't get one until you ask:) I would recommend it for maybe 1 night just to crush down. Plus the parking is free

The hotel is located 25 mins from downtown loop by road. Close to the interstate. You have an ihop target and other stores nearby.the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. It's Not very expensive so you get what you pay. Will I return? Maybe if I am unable t find a better hotel I will.

Staff is RUDE. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and to ask a couple of questions, the person on the other end of the phone was extremely hard to understand and even though I had a confirmation number through hotels.com the lady accused me of not making reservation and was VERY skeptical about helping me. I recently had my debit card stolen […] an upon my arrival at the hotel, they asked for a card to put on file, I stated that I had a new card ordered but it hadn't been sent to me yet. My boss had made my reservation for me. The lady looked at me like an idiot and proceeded to make me feel that way after asking me multiple times why I did not have a card and how I made the reservation even after I had told her what had happened...multiple times. She eventually let me put down a cash deposit after multiple minutes of arguing. TOO much of a hassle and extremely rude. Read more

Spent three nights here. Upon arrival (2 adults and 1 child), we found that there were only two bath towels in the room. Called down for an extra set and was told it would happen. Went to the swimming pool to check it out and notice there were no pool towels. After going out for a few hours, we returned to no more towels either in our room or at the […] pool. The front desk clerk finally provided me with a couple but we never saw any at the pool. It might seem like a simple matter but that might also be a point to consider ... if you can't afford towels, what else is lacking? Pool and hot tub was great. Though the pool is relatively small considering the size of the hotel. We realy enjoyed our stay. This was an excellent value. However if you are planning to visit the city this may not be the best location due to commute hour traffic.

I found that the location of the hotel worked out well for me. I was visiting Downtown Chicago and we were about 10 min. away. The hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean but i was not too impressed with the breakfast. I would definitly stay at again.

A great location and easy to find. The room was OK and the beds were clean, but the carpet was not very clean and had some stains. The microwave smelled bad which gave the room a bad smell. I felt that the hotel was overpriced for the condition of the room we stayed at.
