I understand that there are someti es issues with guests. However, I don't thinkthey should be so quick to call law enforcment if they aren't sure of the circumstances. I saw a customer passed out in the parking lot and it turns out he booked a room because he was so tired and never got to sleep in it! Hope he was refunded.

I registured after reading many of the negative reviews. Upon my arrival I was warmley greeted with accomodations ready to be occupied. I enjoyed my stay and would consider another stay at your facility.

Room was clean except for bathtub area where we found some mold. The maid cleaned this area but we had to point it out first. The complimentary breakfast was barely anything. A couple of tiny muffins and some cold cerial in a flimsy styrofoam bowl. Otherwise, the room was good, the location fairly quiet, and the staff helpful.

It was enjoyable. The staff was professional and polite. Room was very clean and smelled good. The motel was easy to get to and the location was perfect for accessing food, gas,and interesting sights. However, we did experience a few plumbing problems. I would stay here again.

I think the hotel is not bad overall...I chose this hotel because I thought it was fairly new and would have a more modern feel. The business center had 1 computer and I had to ask for some paper to print my boarding passes. The manager on duty asked how many pieces of paper I needed?? This was my second stay and the hotel and I was satisfied except for the parking when I return Saturday night. About 25% of the parking lot was taken up by about 10 or 12 trucks from a tree trimming service and the rest of the lot was full with NO EMPTY SPACES! I had to park on the shoulder of the road overnight.

The complimentary wireless never worked in the 2 days we were there. We called the desk and they were to bring a network cable, which we got 2 hours later. The door stuck, the remote batteries were dead and the place smelled bad. Not a repeater for me.

We booked a king suite but when we got there we only had a king room. The lady on duty showed me the expedia reservation she had and it was different than my confirmation. She got a cot to go in our room to help out. She was very nice but told me she didn't have a king suite. So I guess it wasn't her fault.

i have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 6 months. It is always very clean. The location is right at Loop 323 and Frankston Road so is very convenient o all parts of town. The rooms are surprisingly large and while not overly furnished they do have a desk, desk chair, and a fairly comfortable side chair. Hotel lobby was clean and looked fairly new. The room was clean and looked comparable to higher priced hotels. The television has close to 100 channels and you are able to plug in a HDMI device. The staff I interacted with were nice and helpful in answering my questions. Found a couple spots of mildew in the tub. Other than that the room was spotless. […] The workout equipment was cheap but functioned well enough. The complementary breakfast was a little lacking, with the only hot items being oatmeal and waffles. The rest was pretty standard. upon arrival we were told the room booked was not available. since the motel was completely booked there was nothing to do that night. the next morning we were promised the correct room as soon as housekeeping could clean a room. we were going to be out all day and could not hang around until 12:30 pm for the room change, at that time we were told that […] the management would have housekeeping make the switch for us,(moving all our clothes). when we arrived back at the hotel, at 7:00 pm, we were told that the room had not been switched because housekeeping could not move our belongings. the "only manager " was very rude to all of us(the manager continually told us we were wrong.) she told us we could have another room at an additional charge, at which she was told we would not pay any additional charges for another room. at 10:00 pm after we were all in bed Amy calls the room and said that we could change rooms. I told her we were in bed and would not get up and change rooms. this is the worst customer service i have ever been a witness to. we will not recommend this motel to anyone EVER! and if this is the type of service that the other locations provide i will recommend not to stay at their locations no matter the price. Our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Tyler, TX was wonderful. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool is very nice even though you can hear highway noise. Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely stay in this hotel again. I highly recommend the hotel!
