Not clean at all. Kitchen counters seemed like weren't cleaned for weeks - dusty and water stains everywhere. We had stains on the sheets the first night we got there. Furniture is old and stained. Old towels - seems like they have been over used. Breakfast was really cold and taste less. Hotel needs significant updating/upgrading. Definitely no where […] close to "Luxury". Not recommended. Location: It is far from everything. Free shuttle is offered by this hotel but the frequency is very limited. Would recommend staying near Chewang Beach area unless you prefer being isolated from everything. Read more

The hotel offers nice villa rooms with pool. However, we didn't like the separate living room and bedroom arrangement. Also there were defects with our accomodation which took several calls and days to fix. The location is also not very convenient for eating out or shopping.

Booked initially for five days, but stayed for 17. Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Although it is a little bit out the way there is a free shuttle bus service a few times a day to take you to the nearest town at the sister hotel, where there is a lovely beach. Very disappointed with this hotel. The location is poor with rubbish etc lying around the boundaries. The hotel is desperately in need of refurbishment and a good clean! Even the towels are threadbare! The staff are however charming and can't do enough to help!

This hotel was amazing. My husband and I were welcomed with a flower garland and a coconut cocktail. The room was more like a flat/apartment rather then a room with a full kitchen, lounge area and huge bedroom and amazing bathroom with Jacuzzi. There were also 3 balconies. All this in the cheapest room!! Our room overlooked the jungle and pool behind […] and coconut palms and the sea in front. I used the pool most days, there was never anyone else in it. The food for breakfast which was also included in the room fee was freshly prepared and offered a good choice of western and asian favourites. If we seemed to order a small amount, the staff encouraged you to order more. It was a bit like being looked after by your mum when you haven't seen her in a while! We booked 2 trips whilst in the hotel which was organised by the hotel and included pick ups from the hotel at no extra cost. They organised a transfer to the airport at no cost. I wish we'd known this as we got a taxi from the Samui airport to the hotel for 600 Thbaht at the beginning and they said if we had called they would have picked us up for free so make sure you do this if you book here. Sublime, The perfect escape from the world. We originally booked for 7 days but was so perfect we ended up staying 17. The service was faultless, no request was too much trouble, the staff were truly wonderful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the honeymoon villa which was divine, very private with your own large pool, and the villas look just […] like the website. Your had the choice of breakfast delivered to your villa or the option of dining in the restaurant and the food was delicious. For us the location was perfect,quiet surrounded by lush coconut trees. Sure the hotel is not situated right on the beach, but only a 10 min walk away and the hotel also offers a shuttle several times a day to Chaweng beach, Never used this service as we had our own scooter, which i would highly recommend to explore the island. Fantastic hotel, almost serene. On a par with the Chedi in Chiang- mai , both fabulous, both 5 star and delightful to stay in. If you want entertainment then this is NOT the place for you, but we didn't and found it to be peaceful, relaxing and we were looked after at the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was unobtrusive […] and excellent. European hotels should take a lesson from this hotel in how to treat their guests! We most definitely would return to the Kirikayan. Wifi free in the rooms, restaurant - although being refurbished whilst we were there, we were made very comfortable in the alternative dining area and the food was excellent, although a bit more expensive than outside, we felt it was excellent value for money. Free shuttle to the noisier beach and shops of Cha-weng. was available several times a day and the hotels' drivers were happy to drop off guests at the Big C , Lotus, or Fisherman's Village and collect them. Our experience at Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villas was lovely and luxurious. Upon arrival we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a Honeymoon Suite. This suite was very large and impressive. The staff were helpful in every respect; always with a smile on their face. If returning to Samui, would definitely consider staying here again.

Geweldig resort. Nu voor 2e keer geweest. Prachtig gelegen op een heuvel aangrenzend aan de jungle. Hadden honeymoon villa. Bestaat uit 2 huisjes (eentje met een zitkamer, eethoek en keuken, de andere uit slaapkamer, aparte zithoek, badkamer met groot 2-persoonsbad, losse douche) aan een heerlijke tuin met plungepool (ongeveer 5x3 meter) en ligbedden […] en stoelen. Roomservice niet duurder dan in het restaurant. Heel goed betaalbaar. Meerdere keren per dag gratis shuttle bus naar het strand in Chaweng (wel prettig als je van zee houdt, het resort ligt niet direct aan zee). Goed ontbijt met keuze uit thais en westers eten. Kamer elke dag keurig schoon en 's avonds service die je dekens terugslaat, kamer sprayt tegen muggen, gordijnen dicht doet, etc. Personeel spreekt niet heel goed engels, maar zeker voldoende en is ontzettend aardig. ３ベッドルームのヴィラに滞在しました。部屋は非常に大きく快適です。しかし、下水の悪臭が酷く気分を壊します。ヴィラのプールは壊れていて機能せず。部屋の掃除も不十分。これは掃除のスタッフ数が絶対的に少な過ぎることからくるものと思います。これだけ広大なヴィラに比べてどう考えても人数が足りません。共有プールは掃除が不十分のためハエの死骸が無数に浮いています。洗濯機が備えていないのはマイナスポイント。レストランスタッフはフレンドリーで愛想がよく気持ち良いですが食事は酷いです。ホテルのスタッフもすべて挨拶が気持ちよく好感が持てますのでメンテナンスをしっかりしてくれるととても快適な宿になると思います。宿のロケーションはとても便利でした。歩いてすぐにファミリーマートがあるので困りません。

3日間、ヴィラに宿泊しました。 とにかく部屋が広い。豪華でした。 値段以上の満足がえられました。 スタッフもみな感じがよく、とても満足できました。 ビーチからは遠いですが、チャウエンビーチにある姉妹ホテルまで シャトルバスが往復しているので、それを利用しました。 近くにオレンジ色の家族経営の食堂があり、そこでタイ料理などが食べられます。 またそこではバイクも借りることができます。（バイクを借りて遠出しました。） ヴィラがオススメです。

Zur Lage des Anwesens, sollte unbedingt festgehalten werden: "Es ist weit ab vom Schuss" und die Shuttles zum hauseigenen Strandhotel am Chaweng Beach/Stadt, bedürfen einer gewaltigen Überarbeitung der Abfahrt und Rückfahrtzeiten, wenn man dieses Transportkonzept verfolgen möchte. Das Personal ist extrem bemüht, in vielen Fällen aber völlig überfordert. Für Kinder mit Wunsch nach Meer und Pool, die völlig falsche Adresse und für ältere Damen und Herren mit Sehnsucht nach wenigen Treppen ebenfalls. Mooie ligging temidden van de palmen, ondanks dat het niet aan zee ligt. Enorme kamers. Er is een gratis shuttle naar het kirikayan resort in Chaweng, waar je aan zee kan liggen, of je loopt een stukje naar het strand van mae nam.
