Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel and would not likely stay here again. The rooms weren't very clean when we arrived. Maid service was very slow, rooms didn't get cleaned on a daily basis and we had to chase down the maid or go to the front desk everyday for clean towels. Beds weren't very comfortable. Only one ice machine for entire hotel […] and it was located on level 1, we were on level 3, so this was a bit of an inconvenience. The hotel was nice, but we had the worst customer service. we had no towels in our room, and our phone didn't work, so we went down to the desk to ask for towels.the Guy told us we could go up to the 3 floor and look for the house keeper!!! This was only one of many things.

The room was very nice and very comfortable. We did use the whirlpool and noticed that there was quite a bit of rust and the doors in the pool area looked like they were deteriorating probably because of the moisture but also they were also wooden doors which would not hold up in such humid conditions.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was nice. The hotel staff was very unkind and not very understanding. Made my family feel very unwelcome. We will not be going back to this hotel.

It was a nice hotel. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was a bit skimpy. The omlets weren't too bad, but the scrambled eggs were too dry and crumbly. Switching to oatmeal, I found the hot water tepid. Heat your own biscuits is a bad idea. That dries them out. Muffins were dry.

This hotel's dining room needs a thorough fall housekeeping. Suggest staff looks around as sun comes through the windows in the morning.....chairs, cabinets, walls need attention. Floor in dining area was very wet and sticky.

The hotel is convenient and the room would have been comfortable if it had been clean when we arrived. Hair on the toilet; a loose toilet seat; spider webs hanging from the ceiling; the room smelled like someone that hadn't showered for days; sheets don't cover the mattress -- but they did appear to be clean; carpet is dirty; and we received partially […] used bottles of toiletries. All of this combined to give an uneasy feeling of the room not being clean. We went to Target and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned so that we could relax for the next two days in the room since we booked through hotels.com and could not get a refund if we left and moved to another hotel. Everything was great except for the "hot" breakfast. Hot breakfast consisted of powdered eggs that still looked in powder form and gravy with frozen biscuits you had to heat in microwave.

The stay was ok. The room was recently remodeled and was comfortable. The indoor pool was small as well and inadequately managed, no towels in the pool area. When I confronted the front desk the attendent couldn't speak english well. When I stated that there was no pool towels and about 15-20 people was in the pool with no towels available he thought […] I had 15-20 guest and demanded for my room number. Once I explained the situation better he could only give me 2 towels even though I have 4 people in my room. He would not restock the pool towels. Rating morning breakfast on scale 1-10 would be a negative 5. Towels and wash cloths in the room was not enough for the 4 people on my reservation. Plus had to go to front desk to remind the staff they need to clean my room which was nearly 5pm. I would recommend others to saty in mearby hotels. Read more

Hotel was great, but the coffee maker didn't work. The guy at the front desk (we checked in pretty late, 9:30 pm), couldn't explain everything he wanted signed. Otherwise, no issues.

"Print your boarding pass here" says the sign on the computer in the lobby. I bring up the boarding pass and ask the person behind the desk how I then print it? "Oh," he says. "You can't print from there." Seriously? How hard is it to take the sign down? Or put a new one up? Even after this conversation, the sign remained.

Great hotel! Everything seemed new and clean, and the guy working the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I made a reservation for a suite and was surprised to find it wasn't a traditional suite set-up, as there was no door between the two areas! Other than that, it was fine. Would definitely stay there again!

We arrived after driving for 12 hours and just wanted to get to our room and go to sleep. We waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before going to look for someone. There were childrens shoes behind the front desk so we went to the pool and found the woman who should have been at the front desk watching her children swimming. Once we got to the room, […] we needed sheets for the pullout couch and called the front desk but did not get an answer, again had to go find the lady. The hotel info states there are ice machines and vending on each floor. There was one ice machine on the first floor, no others in the building. There were two pop machines and a gum ball machine for vending!! It is a shame this hotel was run so poorly because it could have been a good stay, the beds were comfortable and room was big. We have stayed here on several occasions now and each time it has been consistently good, no its not the ritz but it's clean, comfortable, beds made each day and room cleaned and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was also very good.
