Apart from being unprepared for the crush of families at the breakfast buffet (and needing to refill many items), the hotel was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were great fun for the kids, and the beds were comfy.

Staff was rude and unconcerned. I don't recommend this run down place. The only reason they get those prices is because there is very little other choices. Carpets were filthy and dog hair and dander was alll over our room. Did not sleep well at all due to pet allergies.

The person at the front desk seemed disinterested at first but warmed up after a few brief cinversations. I appreciated the hot tub and pool room. The exercise room was quite nice for its size. I think a real plus for this hotel is the soup in the evening. What a nice touch! Because of my timing I did not have any, but I did have breakfast and it was […] typical for self service breakfasts. There is not much scenery that is pleasing around the hotel, and some flower beds or shrubs would be nice. But, adding anything would likely raise the cost. I would stay here again. Read more

Overall a good place to stay. Breakfast was decent room was clean. Pool and hot tub were nice after a week in Moab. Pillows are kind of funny, but don't let that deter you. Just oddly shaped :)

Average hotel in need of a good maintenance man (i.e., television didn't work, loose shower head, missing parts on faucet, etc.) Continental breakfast was good and the personnel were friendly. The place just needs some upkeep.

"Clerk" had never heard of Chicago, and couldnt spell it? Had a friend hanging out with him on the computer @ 02:00 in the morning, giving a real spooky feeling to the place. Avoid at all costs, they don't seem to care.

The staff was very helpful. TV went out because of storms but was fixed quickly. Had to stay an extra day and the staff was very accommodating. Very good "free" breakfast, good choices, fresh. Room was clean, bed comfortable. I would stay there again

I had to be in Green River for business. After the 11:00 am check out, they allowed my wife and grandchildren to "hang out" in the pool until we left at about 2:30. Thanks!

We checked in at 8 pm and one of the rooms booked for us had not been cleaned. When I told the front desk their first response was "Are you going to eat?" I was what does that have to do with a dirty room. I guess they wanted time to clean the room, understandable, but there was no apology or remorse. Later my wife complained and they offered another […] room but we booked adjoining rooms because we have kids and don't want them on another floor. As for the adjoining rooms, I think that means a door that you can open between rooms. Well the rooms where not adjoining, another minus. The hotel is listed along with my room to be no smoking but the place smelled like a bowling alley the minute you walked into the hotel. Read more

Staff very unfriendly. Bathroom very dirty. Corners of bathroom floor had little piles of hair stuck to the floor with the dirt. Breakfast was good and convenient. Breakfast staff worked hard. Bathroom near swimming pool was overflowing with garbage, including empty beer cases. Pool was not overly clean but sufficient. Clean towels available.
