The staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. The only two things that were below expectations were the parking lot was VERY small which made parking a major pain when the hotel was booked. The second thing was the room picture on Hotels.com info was not anywhere close to the actual room. The actual room was nice, but about 1/2 the size of the picture and did not have a sofa, table or lounge chairs like was shown in the picture. It was not a big issue for me, but if you are looking for a comfy sofa or chair to relax and watch TV in before bed, the superior room does not have it. On the upside the view from the rooms are awesome, it is right on the beach, the food is good, internet is free and you have a huge number of little bar's and cafe's within easy walking distance.

We could not believe the beauty of this Villa. It is much prettier than the photos. The grounds are perfectly manicured. So private and relaxing. Yet close to everything. What a surprise! The dining hall is giving the entire feeling of old charm. Don't forget to check the architecture in the ceiling. Thank you.

I am traveling through Italy for 35 days visitings cousins I have not seen the 37 years. This is my half way point and a place to visit and rest after miles of walking and sight seeing. At first I was not sure about staying at a best western but this hotel has to be a gem in the chain. Ultra modern, the breakfast was very good in 17 days it was the best breakfast offering out of six hotels so far. I plan to stay here again on my next visit in about a year. One the staff gave me a very good tip on a site to see in Naples. Very nice staff and very helpfull

Hotell Alba har perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum, men likevel litt tilbaketrukkent. Kort vei til stranden, butikker og restauranter. Rene rom og grei frokost. Min sønn elsket det store utvalget i hjemmelagde kaker. Hyggelig personale.

Bra hotell til lav pris, og god standard. Bare så synd at personalet ikke snakker engelsk. Endel støy rundt hotellet pga byggearbeider. Innvendig er hotellet rent og pent med gode rutiner for renhold og skifting av sengetøy og håndklær.
