Very impressed with this hotel. I prefer it to other hotels in the area rated with 4 stars. Upon entry you immediately feel that the lobby, bar area, and restaurant are a step above the other hotels in the area. The exercise room and spa are a definite plus - quite unusual for European hotels of this type. Only complaint was that there was not internet access available in the rooms during my stay. It was not a problem, because there was complimentary internet access in the public areas, which worked well. But this did seem like a shortcoming. They should correct that.

Our stay at the Clarion in Malgrate/Lake Como couldn't have been better. The room wasa huge, very modern, and clean. The view was incredible! the twon of Malgrate is very charming. The boats were not running our of Malgrate, so we drove to Belagio to catch the ferry. The drive to Belagio was beautiful. The "narrow road" winds around the edge of the lake, and the views are breath taking. There is not much going on in the direct vicinity of the hotel, but it was not a problem with for us. The hotel staff was very friendly. We did not eat in the restaraunt, so I have no comment to make. The hotel was a bragain and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Hotels dot com!

une chambre dans un appartement, non insonorisé, et non pas un véritable hôtel, on entendait tout ce qui ce passait dans les chambres voisines, situation au bord d'une rue bruyante, pas de parking, il fallait se garer dans la rue, les salles de bain et toilettes étaient à l'extérieur et créaient des désagréments sonores à chaque utilisations par les […] résidents, Les serviettes de bain changées peu fréquemment, le ménage fait à dix heures le soir.
