Lovely staff, fun old beautiful building, perfectly located within the city walls. The breakfast was ok... But...free parking is a stretch. The free parking is located a 7-10 minute walk away, difficult to find even with a city map.

Extremely pleasant stay. Nice, spacious room. Attractive lobby and breakfast room. Attentive,helpful staff at reception with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Good shuttle to airport. Easy walk to the tourist sites. I'd certainly return.

Even though the rooms are tiny, you can't beat the location. Look out the window and there is the leaning tower of Pisa - maybe one minute to walk there. If you know about Italian traffic rules and signs, don't be discouraged. The signs warn you not to drive into the historic district, but as a guest of this hotel you can and will receive a special parking permit. The remainder of Pisa and lots of restaurants are right around the corner.

Within easy reach of the beach, Hotel Ondina is in Viareggio (Versilia), close to Statue of Burlamacco, Viareggio Harbor, and Piazza Shelley. Also nearby are Villa Paolina and War Memorial.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently situated. Ten minutes walk from the station and a few minutes walk from the beach. Our room was very clean and lovely and light, simple but very comfortable, everything worked!! the service was unobtrusive and consistently good. The manager of the hotel was exceptionally helpful, a lovely […] man and the manageress was equally friendly and helpful. This hotel is fantastic the owner is the most helpful I have ever met also the staff and location are exceptional. A stones throw away from the beach and lovely restaurants. I would reccomend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. I certainly will be back.

Titolari cortesi e disponibili camera non molto grande ma pulita. Il bagno purtroppo un po' troppo piccolino e accessori bagno che andrebbero cambiati con dei nuovi, ma nel complesso siamo soddisfatti anche e soprattutto per la ottima posizione dell'hotel rispetto al mare. Una tragedia parcheggiare l'auto in tutto il lungomare.

Изначально меня поселили в комнатку, которая больше напоминала каморку папы Карло и вместо нормального окна было небольшое квадратное отверстие. Я попросила поменять номер и на […] следующий день мне дали ключи от приятной комнатки на первом этаже, окно и дверь которой выходили во внутренний двор, крытый навесом. В целом она меня устраивала, несмотря даже на отсутсвие кондиционера. Во дворике стояли столики и шезлонги, на которых можно было удобно расположиться с ноутбуком. Был только один минус. Если за эти столики садилась компания и кто-нибудь начинал курить, то в моей комнате очень чувствовался запах дыма. Приходилось выходить, иногда ночью, и просить курить в другом месте.
