"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Excellent, convenience to airport was essential.

We did not get information that payment by card was not accepted. The breakfast was poor, bread from yesterday, cerials too sweet. The juice was more like lemonade than fruit-juice.
"Would stay there again"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Had a great experience. Our triple room was clean and bed very comfortable, including pillows. 40 inch hd tv with all the sky channels with the options to switch to English language. Filled a form with time and choices for breakfast . Arrived on time and plenty of food. ( Italian style breakfast) . Front desk nice and helpful. Near American embassy, hard rock cafe' , villa borghese park( very nice!) . Would stay there again and reccomand it to friends and family

Room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and there were no drawers in which to put clothes. The buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the location very convenient. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The room was much smaller than the photo for that level of accommodation

"Private atmosphere in the middle of Rome"
This place is not a usual bed & breakfast. By providing only three well designed rooms, roof terrasse and lovely staff, this place offers a very cosy, friendly and unique atmosphere In the middle of Rome. Only 5 minutes by foot away from the Vatican, and next door to a famous shopping street, with lots of restaurants and ice cream places, this place […] is the best base for your Rome adventure. Lovely breakfast with home made jam and plenty italien treats is served. The italien owner is an amazing cook an amazing cook and did not hesitate to invite us to a private pasta and wine tasting. 5 stars!!! Read more
"WOW!"
We've traveled the world many times over. This B&B was the best place I've stayed for the value! Marcello was attentive, informative and offered us a cool drink and fruit salad and other nice food upon our arrival. He only has a few rooms and tends to his business personally and it shows. Wonderful, large and modern rooms. The bed was actually comfortable~not […] usually the case in European hotels. Super A/C! (which was appreciated as Italy was having a heat wave when we were there.) Breakfast was very generous and I still can't believe any owner would spend that much time and attention on his guests. When I go back to Rome, I'll only come here. It's easy enough to find, close to a metro and 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. There is an elevator to get your bags up to his floor. I'm very particular about the places I stay, you won't be disappointed if you decide BB 360! Read more
"Sehr nettes BB mit herzlicher Betreuung"
Wir waren sehr wohl und fühlten uns rundum optimal betreut durch das nette kleine Team. Lage etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Vatikan in einem für Rom relativ ruhigen Quartier.
