We stayed in a comfortable, clean 4 person "room" that was well laid out for two parents and two adult kids. One room had two twin beds and was separated by a door from the other room with a double bed. Thee was adequate room for all of us and much more than other quads we stayed in on this trip.The hotel itself is modern and I imagine the grounds would be nice in the summer. You must have a car to enjoy your stay as the train station, restaurants and access to old Orvieto are more than a brisk walk away. I would stay in this hotel again although there are more charming hotels on top of the hill in the old section of Orvieto itself.

We had booked hotels in four different cities in Italy and the one we booked in Orvieto was canceled at the last minute. This hotel was our replacement and we were very very happy with it. The view out our window was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean. We arrived by train and there are only two ways to make it to the hotel from the train station. One is by bus and the other is by taxi. If you have a lot of luggage, I would suggest taxi. The closest bus stop to the hotel leaves you a little bit of a walk and a long uphill driveway. We were very very happy with this hotel!

It was a choice we made to stay one night in Chiusi to avoid taking Tranitalia all the way to Florence to get to San Germinagno via Siena (there is a regional train Chiusi to Siena directly). We did not know what to expect, but arriving by cab from the Chiusi Chianciano station it had a very welcoming appearance: nicely landscaped, well maintained grounds, pretty building, and inviting patio for evening wine. It has become the accommodation, from our 3 wk trip in Italy, that we remember most fondly. Restaurant was truly fine.

This is a small BandB run by a friendly gentleman, in his home, which is old and wonderful. The room was clean and worth the location and the price. He was very helpful. The bill needs to be paid for in cash, they do not take credit cards.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location"
Hotel was great - more like a room in a nice home. Breakfast was supposed to be served but owner, who is a doctor, was called away on an emergency so he gave us a coupon for breakfast at a restaurant. Coupon was only good for a crosant and orange juice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
