We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, large and had a lovely balcony attached to it. Shared bathroom was kept in immaculate condition which... made the stay alot more pleasurable because we were concerned with a shared bathroom but it was fine. Check-in was smooth. Lara was super friendly and helped as much as possible, provided maps and recommendations. Breakfast was decent. Pizza place downstairs was delicious and affordable also. Our aircon kept turning off in the middle of the night which was a little uncomfortable but aside from that it was great. Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, large and had a lovely balcony attached to it. Propre, calme et super accueil. Un bar sympa dans le quartier ainsi que 2 ou 3 restos et un supermarche. A 10 mn de bus de la vieille ville.

Absolutely great B&B in a close range from Florence city centre. Very easy to get there by bus, or by foot as well, in case you are not too exhausted after walking around all day. A bit more calm area than the centre, which is a good thing at night. The whole place is renewed and looking nice. It's clean and hygienic everywhere. There is a really nice […] big balcony where you can enter from most of the rooms. Delicious breakfast waiting for you every morning with fresh coffee or cappucino... And the owners! The most warm and welcoming lovely young couple always helpful and giving tips. We only spent three days there, but it already feels like we've known them for much longer.
