We were here for one nite to catch a train. This was the perfect location for this. We were close to the station, shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The best part about this hotel is its location right in Diocletian's palace on the Split boardwalk. My wife and I stayed for two nights in September. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the boardwalk and was comfortable but the hot water would run out quickly resulting in a couple of cold showers (we weren't the earliest risers in the hotel). The service is modest but friendly and helpful. Best of all you walk out the door and you're right by the palace, the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. We can highly recommend the hotel.

Situated in Split, Carpe Diem Split is close to Gregory of Nin Statue, Diocletian's Palace, and Split Cathedral. Also nearby are Mestrovic Gallery and Papalic Palace.

I had a very accommodating stay at carpe diem. Myself and my two friends took an over night train from zagreb so we arrived it split rather early exhausted... and with no reservations so we went to an internet cafe and booked an apartment at carpe diem with two twin beds,a futon, our own private kitchen, and bathroom for a very reasonable price. They were able to check us in before our check-in time because the couple occupying the room checked out early which we were thrilled about and she cleaned the room immediately and we were able to check in, they were very accommodating. When you first arrive to the building that carpe diem is in you might be a little skeptical but dont be it was clean, safe and just about a 5 minute walk from the water where you will find all the shops, restaurants, and the port. by ryann from USA on 07/25/11

Carpe Diem was satisfactory for the most part, but it was TOTALLY unmarked and no one in Split could locate it. We walked for over an hour, asked at least 4 people and found it by number/street in the dark. Just a huge imposing door, which I walked in, and found apartments. I walked up three flights and finally saw a paper sign on the wall saying Carpe […] Diem. The woman who answered the door was just hired help and really didn't deserve my tirade. L'hôtel est en fait un appartement divisé en deux une partie appartement avec la cuisine la salle de bain puis deux chambre sont à coté de l'appartement et ils doivent se partager les sanitaires... Pendants deux nuits nous ne pouvions pas dormir à cause des chambres d'acoté peuplé de jeune... L'appartement en lui même est bien par contre aucune place […] de parking l'hôtel est au centre ville et il ne possède pas de parking privé. Il faut prévoir des frais en plus pour stationner votre véhicule;aucun parking gratuit. Read more

Litt overlesset møbelering. 3 soverom- 2 enkle + 1 dbl. Greit overnattingssted hvis du skal sove, dursje, vaske klær og ellers farte rundt. Nært til havne terminal og sentrum.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais ne chambre chez l'habitant. Il est vrai qu'en arrivant devant la porte on s'est posé des questions.
