Easy 10 minute walk to the train station or shopping district, 10-15 minutes to the beach. Everything is very close. No complaints about the hotel. Staff were helpful.

v good but make sure you request non smoking if you dont smoke. our room smelt a bit as we were on a smoking floor and so it came through the aircon vents.

Spent two nights. Had a coffee and a hot chocolate each morning. Got two differently prepared hot chocolates. Was not possible to get a coffee at the hotel bar before its opening time of 09:30. Rooms are spacious and clean with wood laminate floors, my room had a balcony with a view to the outdoor pool and tennis court. No in room waterboiler/coffemaker. Bathroom tiling in need of repairs, had wide cracks between walls and floor. Great staff: softer pillow was asked for at night and brought by the receptionist within 5 minutes. Free Wifi throughout the hotel, access code from reception. The hotel has a great location next to a golf course and indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool air quality wasn't great - too much chlorine in the air. Well kept golf premises, tennis court, wellness and beautician on site. Pharmacy, large supermarket and small restaurants within walking distance. Travel to the city center of Alicante with taxi cost between 9 and 10 euro. Recommendable hotel.

The staff was the nicest. We had a great dinner in the buffet. The hotel is very old. Nice view to the beach. If they will change the furnitures and paint the hotel, it will be great. Most important the staff was so nice.

Main hotel areas have been refurbished to a very good standard. The room 305 could do with some work. It was clean but the bathroom had some rust in the... bath. Agree w other reviews. Very nice, family hotel no complaints at all. MUCH better than 2 stars. Central; location. Easy walk to the beach, main restaurant area, "feria" is 10 mins away.

This hotel was rated as a 2* but had got some good reviews and it was close to the beach. When we arrived the reception area and bar and lounge was presented very well and clean. Arrived at room and that was when things went very down hill.We entered the first room and was hit by a foul smell and has to change room. The second room had a bad cleaning […] smell but was better than the last.The bathroom was very run down and all items very rusty and dirty, the bath was so small you could only just sit in it. The only good thing was the bed was not to bad and did get some sleep. The breakfat was very basic but the staff was helpful and nice.To sum up the bedrooms let this hotel down big time and i would never go back to this hotel ever again. Read more

Stayed for the third time at tihis lovley familyruned hotel It´s situated in a great location close to sea and the lovely parc Nice staff at the hotel , Nice and clean inside One minus for the beds which are hard but for the money it´´s great
