Staff were all very friendly and breakfast was quite generous. Hotel maybe a bit tricky to initially find but it is located across from the Forum so very convenient to most of the major sightseeing sites. I would say it is overpriced but we were given an upgrade which made it reasonable. Only had wi fi in the breakfast room which is inconvenient.

Perfect location and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Colosseum and Forum right on your doorstep but the hotel away enough from the busy streets.

We have just returned from a week trip in Italy. Last three days we finally ended up at this hotel that I had ordered from hotels.com after I read the comments from others ..... Hotel is located in a busy narrow street. The rooms are very small and old furnished ... Tv was The size of my laptop and attached almost at ceiling of the room ... Double bed […] was 160 cm and felt like sleeping on rock .... the light in the bathroom was connected to a fan that did not turn it off, and I measured with an app on the phone that the submitted 92DB sound ... I could also hear the sound of the other room fans in the bathroom in the middle of the day .... We had booked the room with parking and free WIFI. Both are very important to us after we had our car and was planning to drive around in the evenings and we should be online in the evenings and do some work on the holiday. Hotel has no parking space. you get a patch to put in front of the vehicle to prevent getting fined. If you are lucky to find street parking in Rome you must not touch the car again .... We were told that do not drive a car, otherwise you will not find parking again. I said what about WIFI password on the room and was told that there is no wifi in the rooms. To use the net then you have to sit in the lobby / dining which is approx. 4kvm and listen to the receptionist who are doing everything from take orders, talking with customers, going in and out and smoke right next to you ... And this is called a 3 star hotel which we paid quite a lot on our three day stay in Rome. My advise is at this price you can get much better elsewhere ... not ordered here ..... believe me! Nerva was the best location, room fitout was fine. Our only drawback was with a wheelchair being up the side alley and up stairs, a more centrally located room would have been better but we didint raise this as an issue. The soroundings and location was central to the main tourist area around the Coliseum and the Forum which was excellent.

Flott beliggenhet , gangavstand til det meste . Men ingen utsikt eller uteplass. For å ha et sted og sove , helt ok - men rom og bad var veldig små , dusjkabinette det minste vi har sett!! Rent og bra - og syngende/ muntre damer i frokostrommet , hvor det kun var plass til 5 tomanns bord .

Hemos estado cuatro días en el Hotel. Somos un matrimonio con dos hijos de 17 y 13 años. Nos hemos alojado en el edificio anexo, que está en la calle de atras y tiene tres habitaciones: una doble, una triple y una cuádruple. Estuvimos en la doble y en la cuádruple sin que nos incrementaran el precio. Estas tres habitaciones deben estar recién reformadas: […] todo nuevo y en perfectas condiciones. El baño de la habitación doble era pequeño. El de la cuadrúple estaba bien. Las habitaciones perfectamente acondicionadas en cuanto a temperatura. Hacía frío en Roma pero el hotel estaba perfectamente aclimatado. El desayuno incluia: croissants, pan, fruta, embutidos, cafe, chocolate, etc servido con total amabilidad y atención por las dos camareras. El comedor es muy pequeño pero el trato del personal hace que no se note. En recepción el personal siempre se ha mostrado atento y muy servicial: nos indicaron qué autobuses tomar, nos aconsejaron sobre los restaurantes que le preguntamos, llamaron a un taxi cuando lo necesitamos, todo ello con una ambilidad, educación y cortesía exquisita. En cuanto a la situación es simplemente excelente. Casi todos los itinerarios para ver Roma parten de la Plaza Venecia, que está a menos de 10 minutos andando desde el Hotel. La vía del Foro está a 2 minutos, el Coliseo a 5 minutos, San Pietro in Vincole (dónde está el Moisés) a otros 5 minutos. No se trata de un hotel grande si no más bien de un hotel familiar con mucha atención al cliente. En definitiva todos hemos quedado plenamente satisfechos con nuestra estancia. Read more
