"Great value, easy location"
B & B was very easy to find from station, we were met upon arrival and shown our room which was a pleasant surprise. Room was large, clean, decent bathroom (small shower) and even had a fridge. Whilst the host does not speak much English he understood it was our first time in Rome and showed us on a map the big places to visit and how to get to them. Breakfast is simple but nice. We stayed 5 nights and were overall very happy with our accomondation and location. The station also has some good food options and a big supermarket.
"Super B + B"

A great B+B so close to the Railway Station....( just don't trust the map ) best thing when arriving is to go out the left Exit doors from the main platform, cross the pedestrian crossing and turn left. Take the 2nd street ( about 150 mtrs ) and turn right. It will be on your left walking down about 100 mtrs or so. Lovely clean spacious with a super family who own it. The breakfast is minimal, but everything else Very good... would be happy to stay there again.

I stayed at La Girandola for 2 nights, because I arrive at night and it is not on a particularly pretty looking street, I thought my god what had I come too. I couldn't be more wrong, the room was spotlessly clean, the ensuite shower room modern, clean and bright. The family that run this 3 bedroom B&B are so accommodating and if you have any language problem, there son Lorenzo speaks good English. For 90euro a night including breakfast (Yoghurt, brioche and coffee), free wifi and walking distance to the Termini, you can not go wrong. Also in the area is a lot of restaurants and bars at reasonable price, of course most are for the tourist, so don't expect the best Italian food!
"Good B&B for an overnight"

We needed an inexpensive B&B near the Termini train station in Rome for the night of May 23, 2012, so that we could catch an early flight the next day from the airport. We walked the block or two from the station, rang the bell, and were greeted by a pleasant gentleman who spoke no English. He got us settled in and understood our sign language enough to order us a cab for the next morning. After that, we saw no one, since we left before breakfast was served the next day. The B&B is on the second floor (one flight up) and appears to have only three rooms. Ours was small but extremely clean and comfortable. The furniture seemed new and everything well cared for. It was odd not seeing anyone other than our host (briefly), but the arrangement met our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is certainly not the best in Rome, but it seemed safe enough and there were restaurants nearby. One was just around the corner. So, it met our needs perfectly and cost only 90 Euros.

Easy to find and you can walk from the Termini station if your luggage has wheels. The owner offered each of s coffee on arrival. BUT : he does not understand or speak any other language the Italian. Not a word ! Obtaining information is thus impossible. Room very small. Bathroom with toilet en suite. Well isolated from (loud) street below. Wifi and breakfast included. This is a good budget alternative to the atrociously expensive hotels in this sity-center.

B&B is situated just 5 mins away from Termini Station. Spend quite some time looking for it when we just arrived Rome. Owner do not speak English but is very welcoming. He will try his best to make you feel at home and help you in the attractions of Rome. Breakfast was basic, room is small and clean.

Wonderful, clean hotel, very friendly own. Location was perfect, clean, near Termini. The area was safe with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included, very substantial. Rates are amazon, around 60 euro which is a bargain for nice a place. Would definitely recommend this place.
"The Best B & B in Rome"

I loved this B & B. I have stayed in different B & B's twice before in Rome. This one gets my overall vote as being the best. The room and its' facilities were by far superior to any other B & B I have stayed in. Large room with a good, decent bathroom. Our B & B room was superior to many hotels that I have stayed in. Excellenty value for money. Excellent location, 2 streets from the Termini and close to transport, with lots of small restaurants around also. Good continental breakfast provided, with no complaints here (I have had a better breakfast in a B & B before, but I have had a lot worse also). Walking distance to many attractions. Good service, pleasant people. There were four of us in our party and we all loved this B & B. If you go to Rome on a budget, don't stay anywhere else..

Recommend this B&B, Staff are very nice and make your stay much more easier, Good location just few minutes from Stazione Termini. Hotel very clean only the shower area are a bit small if you are on the big size:). On the whole is worth a visit.
