We were very pleased. This was a wonderful, affordable option for a family of four (with two small children).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We only had a one night stay wanting to visit with friends on the "plateau" and this location was very good and the price point was just right. Parking was a bit inconvenient but no real problem. The long flight of stairs to the reception might be a problem for the mobility-challenged. The Bistro on the ground floor was much better than any of the fast-food […] places nearby. This would be a place for a longer stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great location. Room OK, but book a room on the upper level. You can hear people walking in the room above.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Brilliant hotel right in the city centre"
09/10/14 Illian Cowbridge, United Kingdom
We spent a week in Parc Suites Hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. I am the sleeper from Hell and had emailed asking for the quietest room. When we arrived, Tina rushed to carry our luggage to our suite, which was spacious and filled with everything we could possibly want, a microwave, an oven, saucepans, cutlery and plates etc, including a full size refrigerator with a freezer section easily large enough to put in 10 whole frozen key lime pies but we only bought one as we were looking after our figures! There were two large flat screen televisions and a D.V.D. player; you could borrow D.V.D.s from reception. The bathroom had the best toilet paper of the holiday, so soft! The suite was right at the back on the top floor with a king size bed, and the sofa bed in the lounge opened into a queen. I had the best sleep of the whole holiday. The location was wonderful as it was in the heart of the city just over a block from the subway, and by booking directly with the hotel you even get a FREE car parking space There was a great supermarket - Provigo - a few doors away, which sold the most delicious ciabatta with sun-dried tomatoes and roasted peppers, homemade soups etc. and that key lime pie. The hotel does not have a lift and you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception and the first level of rooms. However Tina and Terguy insist on carrying your cases for you. When we left Terguy said, "We do not have an elevator, I am the elevator." He carried all our luggage to the bottom of the stairs, drove our car around from the car park to the front door and helped load the luggage. Both he and Tina were wonderful hosts, very helpful with directions, always smiling and taking an interest in what you had been doing. If we return to Montreal again, we would certainly stay at the Parc Suites again.
"Modest exterior, surprisingly comfortable interior"

We have stayed here twice now, on two successive years, and will stay again if/when we are in Montreal. We stayed in room 2, which has a complete kitchen, a large bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living area. There was a TV and Wi-Fi. Everything was spotless. The space is not spacious but was fine for the two of us. The desk is not always manned. Last year there was, as other reviewers have noted, a beggar fairly close to the front door, but also, strangely, he was not at all threatening or discomfiting. He wasn't there this year. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is well worth at least one visit. The owner is friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
"Great for family long week-ends"
We have three kids, there was enough space. The kitchenette was very convenient. Parents got to sleep in :-) The location is awesome. The owners are really nice and accomodating. Don't think twice, book ut.

For a getaway vacation we decided to explore Montreal. We hadn't been to Canada for 20 years and never to Montreal. We chose to stay at Parc Suites based on location, price and most importantly, its reviews. We had a great time. The city is vibrant with lots to do and Parc Suites is ideally located. The whole experience with the hotel was very positive from check in to check out. Very clean and quiet rooms, friendly helpful staff and coffee and provisions just down the road. We reccomend Parc Suites and Montreal for a vacation destination.

We stayed here for the weekend during Osheaga festival a couple of weeks ago. Our room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Within a two-minute walk there was a grocery store, 24-hour convienience store (next door), a late night diner with yummy food, and a couple of drug stores. Walking to the Metro station took about five minutes. We were exactly where we needed to be. Free parking too, so we were able to park our car for the weekend with no worries. The owner and gentleman who we dealt with during our stay were absolutely lovely. Friendly, professional, and offered lots of great ideas on where to eat, find a good cup of coffee, etc. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure we had a good stay with them. I would definitely stay again on future trips to Montreal. Merci!
"nice hotel but old showers, many stairs, and bad wi fi"
07/26/14 Moni M Los Angeles, California
Tiny hotel: Just 8 rooms/suites. pros: The staff is really nice and friendly. The location quite good. There is a supermarket a few steps from the hotel, which is very nice. We did have a refrigerator which was nice. Very clean. cons: Staff couldn't refer us to any good nearby restaurants. No breakfast is offered. There is wi fi but not good enough to Skype. Many stairs and no elevator, though for us it was not a real problem. The shower was not very convenient. Was not cheap.
"Great location with outstanding service"

My husband and I stayed at Parc Suites with our two children (5 & 8) for almost a week. The location was fantastic. We were within walking distance to several fun neighborhoods and could walk to the Metro to explore more of Montreal. It was a great home to retreat back to after exploring the city. The staff was wonderful. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted and helped with our luggage. (There are stairs up to the second and third floor hotel and no elevator. Not a problem, just something to note if that might be an issue for you). We also were given detailed information on where we could go with our kids and a map. A few nights later they even checked in to make sure that we remembered to go to the fire works display. We booked through the hotel website and got free parking for the week, which was a huge saving in downtown Montreal. The hotel has maid service each afternoon and our rooms were professionally cleaned and the linens washed/changed. The desk staff was helpful whenever we had a question. I have never received such wonderful service at a hotel before. The photos on of the hotel are accurate and the rooms comfortably fit a family of four.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The service was good and the lady and the Turkish gentle man were very helpful. We are glad we stayed at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and lots of space for the 5 of us. We strongly recommend this hotel. Very clean place

My wife and I spent three nights here. The young woman who greeted us upon our arrival was very pleasant and most helpful. The owner actually helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and furnished. Free movies, free calls to the U.S. and free...yes free parking. The parking area is well lit and monitored by cameras. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. The things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go were close by. Montreal is a great city and this is a great hotel. You can stay somewhere else and pay more but you won't get more for your money or be more satisfied with your stay. We will be back to Montreal and will stay here when we do.
