      STAFF VERY VERY FRIENDLY. N AND POLITE. SUPER CLEAN. NO A/C WAS NOT A PROBLEM BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS IN A MOUNTAIN AND IT HAS A COOL AI R IN AUGUST. A LITTLE FAR FROM ASCOLI PICENO BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT. VERY NICE BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND SUPER DEAL FOR DINNER. LOVED IT!!!

      We could not believe the beauty of this Villa. It is much prettier than the photos. The grounds are perfectly manicured. So private and relaxing. Yet close to everything. What a surprise! The dining hall is giving the entire feeling of old charm. Don't forget to check the architecture in the ceiling. Thank you.

    Staff were really friendly. The room was spacious but the shower a bit tight. There was a smell of smoke, probably from the days when smoking was allowed. There is on site parking and a restaurant (although it was closed the day we stayed there). The breakfast was included but not as varied as in other hotels we experienced in Italy, e.g. no eggs, cold […] meats and cheeses. Read more
