The hotels location is amazing. Waking up to the Alps in your back yard is something to behold. Lake view rooms are well worth the up charge. Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. All and all a great experience

I stayed here in Feb 2013 -- so, this is the real-meal-deal. I am a die-hard skier/traveler who travels 200,000 miles per year and stays at many 5 stars in many cities. Here's what I love about Le Poste in Tzoumaz: these people care!!!! Thiebaud is a gem; the dining room manager makes a huge difference. The food is very good, costs 50% of what similar Verbier meals cost without the "faux posh" attitude. Just like going home for dinner. Let's see: I slept well, drank well, ate well and felt welcome. All I ever ask for. Stay here....stay awhile...I will go back. Verbier rocks...and I live in Boulder, CO., just skied Silverton yesterday and will ski Vail within the week, however, this trip haunts me. It was wonderful, Luis

The Hotel De Ville was very clean and new, having undergone a very recent renovation. We stayed in a family room with 4 exceptionally comfortable beds. While furnishings were sparse, the rooms were quaint, comfortable, and clean - I repeat myself here because cleanliness is always my number one concern and priority. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We made a last minute booking for New Year, as we have friends nearby in Chateau D'oex and couldn't get a reservation there. As it turns out I was more than happy in the Hotel De Ville, making the 3 mile (5k) trip to Chateau D'oex each day. While there, we skied in Saanenmoser (sp), which was about a 25 minute drive.I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again without hesitation.

"lovely view"
a traditional hotel with lovely views. basic but clean, warm and comfortable. only complaint was that we arrived at 6.30pm and they had stopped doing dinner. there were however 3 nice restaurants a 2 minute walk away. good coffee at breakfast!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Petit hôtel très calme au coeur du village préféré de Claude François. L'accueil est remarquable et le propriétaire se dévoue sans compter pour le bien être de ses hôtes. Il connait l'histoire de la station sur le bout des doigts et nous a conseillé le restaurant préféré du chanteur décédé le lendemain de son séjour dans ce village vaudois. Das Zimmer war sauber aber so wirklich als Gast haben wir uns nicht gefühlt eher als notwendiges übel. Das Personal war zwar nicht gerade unfreundlich hat sich aber auch nicht sonderlich bemüht.
