Albergo Tre Ville - Parma

We have been going to this hotel every year for the last 10 years on our annual trip to Parma where we lived for the previous 20 years. Always fresh, always clean and always comfortable genuine king size beds! A must-not-to-miss is Da Milla, a traditional Parma trattoria next door (run by the hotel owner's brother and cook wife) still offering Milla's fried bread with salumi, excellent egg pasta dishes, and country second courses such as braised boar, pigs' hocks stew, Parnma sausage and white beans, etc. with lots of home made desserts.

I stayed at this hotel in 2007 because it was the least expensive and modern hotel close to Modena and Maranello. The Hotel is clean and relative in new conditions 5 years later. It is still the best price and with free internet and breakfast. The room had the optional sofa and the size is not bad.

We only stayed one night at this hotel while driving through Parma. We would have loved to stay longer. We had a large suite for our family of 4. Bathroom was large with double sinks and jetted tub and shower. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety and local specialties. Breakfast and wifi was included. The hotel is also a spa, though we were unable to try out the thermal pool. We were disappointed it was only open 10-7. Beds were hard and pillows flat, but the hotel was beautiful and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a small suburb of Parma with the Parma city center only about 10 minutes drive away. Excellant pizzeria across the street!

Beautiful hotel, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Great location, right next to the Baptistry and duomo. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Hotel was nice, the staff was helpful and some knew English. The breakfasts were very overpriced but decent (typical Euro breakfast). There wasn't enough parking in the hotel lot, but having it available was nice, and the parking around the hotel was available for a small fee. The room itself was nice, but like all Euro beds, it was hard and just two smaller beds pushed together, with flat pillows. The TV was small, like all Euro hotels. The bathroom and shower was very nice, but not much lighting. All in all, the place was nice and I'd recommend it, but it was overpriced.
