      What a wonderful location close to La Porta Romana! We used the hotel parking for 10€ per night, and walked into town. The evening concierge was extremely helpful with getting us situated, AND thoughtful. We chose to bring back dinner to eat in our rooms, so he set us up in the breakfast room instead. It was like having a great little evening to ourselves in a wonderfully decorated restaurant. We had a loft room, so our two kids LOVED it. We have been through Siena many times, but we always stay near Florence. Not anymore!!! If you have kids, it would be alright to stay here, as the rooms were quiet and the entire staff was on point.

      We traveled to Italy during the winter months, and while this place was a cute little B&B, the heat had not been turned on prior to our arrival and it did really not adequately warm up overnight. The breakfast the next morning was lovely, the views were beautiful. I could see this being a really great place to stay as long as it is during warm weather. Communication is also very difficult if you do not speak Italian.

      Very clean and modern....exceptional views of the city walls and the Tuscan hillside from sliding doors. Tooks us a bit of time to find through the ancient streets, but worh it.

      Nothing is far away from this hotel except the train station. Take a taxi if you come on the train so you do not have to climb the steep, long hill to arrive. When you get to this hotel.... "Wow" is all you can say. Spectacular view from the back terrace. Lovely breakfast room. Friendly, English-speaking staff who will call taxis and provide you with Siena information. Cathedral and Campo are within easy walking distance, although not right around the corner. Restaurants are close and very, very good. No complaints and the view by itself is worth the visit.

    Situated in Siena, Piccolo Chianti is in a rural location and close to Palasport Mens Sana, Siena Stadium, and Santa Maria alle Scotte Polyclinic. Also nearby are Antiporto di Camollia and Enoteca Italiana.
