All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

Dimora Adriana is close to Hadrian's Villa, Villa d'Este, and Villa Gregoriana. Also nearby is Acque Albule.

The price was right. Breakfast was an assortment of cakes (we prefer healthier food than that). Without someone on TripAdvisor telling us how to find the hotel we would have had a horrible time finding it -- there were two locations for it on Google maps and both were wrong. rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo, perfetta anche la posizione , nel mio caso non avendo un orario stabilito di partenza ho preferito dormire alle porte di roma dove non sapevo appunto l'ora di arrivo in questo caso l'hotel non mi ha fatto problemi nel darmi la stanza anche a sera tardi, poi l'indomani ho raggiunto roma centro in tutta tranquillita' […] .
