We stayed in a comfortable, clean 4 person "room" that was well laid out for two parents and two adult kids. One room had two twin beds and was separated by a door from the other room with a double bed. Thee was adequate room for all of us and much more than other quads we stayed in on this trip.The hotel itself is modern and I imagine the grounds would be nice in the summer. You must have a car to enjoy your stay as the train station, restaurants and access to old Orvieto are more than a brisk walk away. I would stay in this hotel again although there are more charming hotels on top of the hill in the old section of Orvieto itself.

The room and bathroom was very clean and larger than expected for Italy. The breakfast had everything you could want, with friendly service. They even parked our car for us.

We had booked hotels in four different cities in Italy and the one we booked in Orvieto was canceled at the last minute. This hotel was our replacement and we were very very happy with it. The view out our window was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean. We arrived by train and there are only two ways to make it to the hotel from the train station. One is by bus and the other is by taxi. If you have a lot of luggage, I would suggest taxi. The closest bus stop to the hotel leaves you a little bit of a walk and a long uphill driveway. We were very very happy with this hotel!

This is very nice and clean place in farm setting. The place is spotless and serves the best full breakfast. Staff is very help full. Narni is a small place like many other Italian hamlets. Terra Umbra is in Narni Scoula witch is below the actual Narni village. It is kind of out of the way place. It is very suitable for quiet relaxing time.

Casa Flavia is close to Moro Tower, Etruscan Orvieto Underground, and Duomo di Orvieto. Also nearby are Palazzo del Popolo and Orvieto Cable Car.
