It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.
Location.
Hotel Tizi is close to Piazza Fiume, Diocletian Bath, and Borghese Gallery. Also nearby are Teatro dell'Opera di Roma and Roman Forum.

"Fint område och rena rum"
Hotell Tizi ligger i ett fint kvarter med 20 minuters gångavstånd till allt i Rom. Rummen är rena, personal trevlig och hjälpsam och enkel frukost ingår (en fralla och en croissant + kaffe). Som många andra hotell i Rom är Tizi en ombyggd lägenhet, alltså är ljudisoleringen inte särskilt bra. Det fanns heller ingen TV på rummet (men vem behöver det […] när man är i den eviga staden). "You get what you pay for, but nice hosts :)"
The bathrooms needs some serious upgrading (...at least some cleaning...). But - you get what you pay for. My room was clean and spaceous, with a sink. Bathrooms are shared. It is more like a big apartment, with the reception located in the apartment upstairs. It has a nice enough location - a quiet neighbourhood. There are several restaurants around […] the hotel, and it is close to the Villa Borghese. Approx. 10 minute walking distance from the subway, 15 minutes from Spanish steps, and a few minutes away from the "dolce vita"-street Via Veneto. "Hotel Tizi -Rome"
We stayed in Tizi for three days. The room was nice, clean and quiet and it was easy to go sightseeing from there. One of the best thing in our trip was the breakfast in hotel Tizi: I have never drunk such a good coffee!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel sito al primo piano di un vecchio stabile romano. Personale cortese, stanza sufficiente (ma non si va a Roma per rimanere in stanza...), pulizia migliorabile, in pieno centro.
