We stayed in a comfortable, clean 4 person "room" that was well laid out for two parents and two adult kids. One room had two twin beds and was separated by a door from the other room with a double bed. Thee was adequate room for all of us and much more than other quads we stayed in on this trip.The hotel itself is modern and I imagine the grounds would be nice in the summer. You must have a car to enjoy your stay as the train station, restaurants and access to old Orvieto are more than a brisk walk away. I would stay in this hotel again although there are more charming hotels on top of the hill in the old section of Orvieto itself.

The location of the B&B in the heart of Orvieto is perfect for visiting this hilltop town. We stayed in the suite on the top floor. Beautiful room with two small standing balconies. A wonderful European style buffet breakfast was served on main floor. This medieval home was renovated to be a fabulous B&B with great service. Only minor drawback is parking which is available a short block away,
