This is very nice and clean place in farm setting. The place is spotless and serves the best full breakfast. Staff is very help full. Narni is a small place like many other Italian hamlets. Terra Umbra is in Narni Scoula witch is below the actual Narni village. It is kind of out of the way place. It is very suitable for quiet relaxing time.

It was a good place in Terni. It's in front of the train station and a few blocks from the Corso (the main avenue of the city).

Our two-night stay at this hotel was absolutely great! Although most of the staff did not speak English, we were greeted like family from the start and the service and hospitality made us feel welcome during our entire visit. One of the family members, David, spoke English well and was extremely helpful in making our visit to Anguillara one of the best vacations we have had. Overall, the experience was fantastic. We will always remember our pleasant stay at this hotel.

We checked out of the hotel and moved to south rome and after a few days we went back and re-rented 3 more rooms for 4 more days. The price is right and if you have a rental car you can get to anywhere you like for you are close to Rome. The people at the hotel can not seem to be able to do enough for you. They jump when you ask them for a favor and all the employees take great pride in trying to help. I will use this hotel again from the breakfast people to the cleaning people they really are great.
