I stayed at ResidenzaRomaCentro in Aug with two orhter family members. Because I booked the last room on the previous night and there was a guest who needed to stay longer due to an unavoidable reason, there were some confusions at first when we checked in. However, the management staff of ResidenzaRoma responded in an extreamly polite and responsible […] way and I was completely satisfied with the substitute hotel nearby arranged by ResidenzaRoma. We had a wonderful stay at this gem in central Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed and immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. It is a small hotel with only 5 rooms. We were traveling with other family members so we took up 3 of the rooms during our stay. All of us were very pleased with the accommodations […] and all three rooms had comfortable beds. The hotel is located across the street from the American Embassy so you can't beat the address. Quiet at night but an easy walk to nearby restaurants and the Metro. Read more

Me, my husband and my parents recently spent a week at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied. The staff was very helpful, the rooms spacious and in excellent shape. We really appreciated one morning we woke up and our coffee's were already made and waiting on our table. The location was perfect. I can not say enough pleasant things about this establishment […] and staff. This hotel was well worth the money, we have stayed at various hotels in Europe and were pleasantly surprised at size and cleanliness this hotel, we would definitely recommend it. Hotel was especially nice because I was able to speak with front desk and they would tell me if the rest of my group had made it back due to only having 5 rooms. Inngangsparti og trappeoppgang bygger ned forventningene; mørkt og dårlig skiltet. Desto større blir gleden av å åpne døren og entre hotellet. Bak døren i 3. etasje i det som minner om en stor bygård, åpenbarer det seg et lite intimt hotell. Helt nyoppusset i høy standard og med et suverent personale; svært serviceminded og hyggelige, de vet ikke hva […] godt de kan gjøre for sine gjester! Sengene var etter vår smak noe harde. . Gangavstand til de fleste severdigheter, så nær som Vatikanet, men dit tar man uproblematisk byens metro. Som en familie på 5 med barn i alderen 8 til 18, er vi alle enige om at hit reiser vi gjerne tilbake. Read more

Næsten nyt lille hotel med bare 5 dobbelt værelser og døgnbemanding i receptionen. Fin central beliggenhed ifht. gamle bydel og tæt på metro også. Meget venligt personale, fine nye værelser og flotte badeværelser. Gerne igen.
