It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

Cappellini B&B is quite close to Termini Station, the owner is almost too polite and helpful and the room was very comfortable for the price. It even had a fridge and a safe. The neighborhood was a little dodgy, but got better about a block away. The entry hall could really put one off, though. We booked this place because it was close to the train station, walking distance to all of the monuments, and they were able to accommodate 4 people to a room for a reasonable price. In this respect, the room was perfect. The man who runs the B&B is a lovely Asian man who is extremely helpful. He provided us with a map of Rome and helped us plan a 1-day […] tour of all the sights. The room itself was alright for 1 night, but I'm glad we didn't stay longer. It was spacious and relatively clean but decorated more like a college dorm room than a B&B. The minifridge was not working and the large flat-screen TV had a very poor cable signal. There was a strong mildew odor emanating from the bathroom and as soon as we tried to shower, we could see why - the shower sprays out the top and soaks the entire bathroom, leaving only a trickle to wash yourself with. The towels were stiff like cardboard and the "white" color was more of a dingy brown. If they could remedy the bathroom situation, we would have been much more satisfied with the accommodations. The breakfast also left something to be desired. There were 2 types of cereal and a few different types of bread with an assortment of jams but they all appeared as if they had been purchased at a budget grocery store. The "juice," was actually a fruit-flavored tablet dissolved in water, and the coffee tasted like dirty water. Overall, this B&B served its purpose for us but I would not recommend staying here for an extended vacation. Read more

There are two good things about the hotel which are location and staff. The hotel is located very close to the central station(2 minutes walk) but there were so many strangers around the area. Ett litet mysigt kryp-in på Cappellini B&B. Helt fantastiskt bra personal som dessutom kan hyfsat bra engelska. Mycket tillmötesgående och vill hjälpa en till den yttersta grad. Många rekommendationer från personalens sida om vad man bör se, hur man tar sig till diverse attraktioner, matställen, caféer, etc, som var mycket bra och hjälpande för personer […] som kommer till rom för första gången. Bra frukost serverades med gott kaffe. Tilllåtelse att använda minibaren till eget förfogande som en vanlig kyl. Bra centralt läge vid termini. Inte de säkraste kvarteren kanske, men vi råkade inte ut för några missöden iaf. Akta kvällstid. Mycket prisvärt hotell! Ett par negativa detaljer bara för hotellet: lite hårda sängar (ps. ett dubbelrum innebär inte en dubbelsäng, utan 2 enkelsängar sammanfösta). Låg dusch (för personer över 180 iaf), mycket lyhört, lite svårt att hitta dit (bara en liten guldig skylt ute vid gatan). Överlag är vi mycket nöjda med Cappellini. It is a perfect choice that you can expect for such a price. Just 4 min away from the ariport train station and 15 min away from the touristic sites. Plus the manager/receptionist is great !!!!

Udemærket sted at være, når man planlægger en kortere tur til Rom. Morgenmaden og værelserne var udemærket. Værten var meget hjælpsom og god til at give nogle tips og tricks til hvad man skal se og hvordan man kommer rundt. Hotellet ligger ca. 15 min til fods fra colosseum og forum romanum, og derfra er der ikke langt til andre serværdigheder. Ellers […] ligger Termini stationen stort set lige overfor, og metroen er forholdsvis nem at finde ud af. Her kører lufthavsbussen desuden også til, hvilket gør det nemt at komme fra lufthavnen til hotellet og tilbage. Read more
