      It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

      All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

    Located in Rome (Rome City Centre), Tropical is close to National Central Library of Rome, Diocletian Bath, and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Also nearby are Teatro dell'Opera di Roma and Colosseum.

    I booked this hotel to spend only one night. I was by myself and coming by train from Napoli and had to make a one night stop at Roma, so I was not... looking for anything fancy nor anything dangerous. That was my 5th time at Roma, so I get to know very well the city. The hotel is located like 4 blocks from the Termini Train Station which was exactly what I was looking for. I had to take another train to the ariport very early next day, so this hotel really fitted my needs. The Room was clean enough and the bathroom (though it was a shared one) was very clean too.     Emily was extremely helpful in every way possible and an absolute pleasure to chat with in the mornings! I stayed in the double room w/private bath with my boyfriend for 4 nights, and it was immaculately clean, and very big! I peaked into the other rooms, which were also very large, and the shared bathroom was also very clean. B&B Tropical was very […] close to Termini, and in walking distance to all of the historical sites except maybe the Vatican. You can catch any bus you need at Termini so it made getting around Rome super easy. There was even a shared computer in the kitchen for guest use, which was a really great perk!     I stayed in Tropical with my wife for a week in December. I Have to say that it was a very nice stay for us and we were suprised about how nice the place was. The owner was very helpful and nice allthought her husband didn't speak english very well. The whole time we spent there we felt like we were welcomed quests and all the staff in Tropical were […] always smiling and helping us. The place of the hotel was absolutely great! Termini station is the main location for transport in Rome and Tropical is right next to it. You may think that it is little bit scary neighbourhood at nights but we felt really secure all times. I would most definitely recommed Tropical for others. It's small place and yes you have to share a bathroom but the price/quality ratio is just great. Read more

    B&B très agréable, très bon accueil. Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare Termini, pratique pour rayonner sur la ville. Seul bémol, l'isolement acoustique est très mauvais donc prévoyez les boules quies pour pouvoir bien dormir!

    Mysigt litet B&B med trevlig ägare som gav väldigt bra service. Hotellet ligger i ett bra område nära terminalen. Gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Helt okej frukost och väldigt gott kaffe! Prisvärt!

    Melhor B&B que ja me hospedei! Os proprietários são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Dão otimas dicas de passeios e de restaurantes. A localização é otima, a 3 quarteirões da principal estação de metrô e trem de Roma. Os quartos são bem organizados e limpos, além de ter um delicioso café da manhã! Realmente vale a pena se hospedar no Tropical!
