This hotel is close to downtown Regensburg; however, it is too close to the Hauptbahnhof. Noise at all hours of the night. The rooms are small and you can't even turn around in the shower. We asked for no smoking rooms but were given smoking rooms. Not good for an extended stay.

Hotel had all the convenience of being close to the rail station but the disadvantage of getting all the noise of a main passenger and freight line. The hotel was clean, the service good, although the room was very compactly designed. The breakfast was extensive but pricey. Useful for the convenience but need to be noise tolerant.

Located next to the train station with many rooms. Has a 24 hour bar with indoor and outdoor tables. About a 10 minute walk from old town and Cathedral. Rooms were larger than many and the bed comfortable. Bath was small but looked very nice. Everything a tourist would need. Did not have internet in my room that would connect however.

the website claims that Wifi is available in the rooms, but during my stay it wasn't. The railway station is right next door, which means it is noisy at night. And we had a false fire alarm Saturday morning 5 a.m. and stood for 20 minutes in the pouring rain. Staff was lovely but not helpful.

Not knowing German, I didn't realize when I booked that the address was a give away clue to the fact that this hotel is right on busy train tracks. It was so warm that we needed to keep our windows open so the train was really a problem, until late at night when the room was finally cool enough to shut the window. Not recommeded. there are two major issues. 1) this hotel is located right on the train tracks. Now this isn't just local trains - but main trunk lines (including international). You are located on the tracks - there are at least 12 tracks, the station is 100 metres away, but the intercom is so loud! The trains are much LOUDER!! There is no air conditioning […] so you had a choice of no air or having the window open and having no peace. 2) the first sign you see in the lift is a notice about rooms being broken into in the sorrunding areas and a recommendation to double check you have shut your door. This results in all rooms slamming their doors shut continously, all the time, non stop!! Guests and cleaners. And all you get is a vibration of the walls even if the door being slammed is five rooms down the hall. And the rooms are very very tiny. There is nowhere to stand to dry yourself in the bathroom, if you are bigger than 80kilos I don't think you would be even able to fit into the bathroom to sit on the toilet! Also the staff need to be trained on how to smile ;-) The cleaners are non-existant. they knocked on our door for room cleaning but when I got there - they were gone and never came back...... EVEN IF I WAS GIVEN COMPLENTARY ACCOMMODATION HERE - I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!! Read more

Dass Hotel ist in einem sehr guten und saubere Zustand. Der Service sehr zufriedenstellend und die Damen und Herren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend nur die Parkmöglichkeiten sind miserabel. Die zur Verfügung stehende Tiefgarage -die Super zum Hotel und vom Hotel durch eigenen Fahrstuhl erreichbar sind - gehört nicht […] zum oder dem Hotel und daher die entstehenden Kosten gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und in kurzer Entfernung zur Altstadt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommen. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert mit Laminatboden und Klimaanlage, sauber - klein aber ausreichend für 2 Übernachtungen. Bei offenem Fenster sind die Bahnhofdurchsagen gut zu hören. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber sehr klein. Da wir ein Zimmer in Richtung Hauptbahnhof hatten, konnte man nachts wegen Zuglärm die Fenster nicht öffnen. The hotel where located beside a railway track, with 24/7 noise. There was no air circulation in the rum so I almost became sick. Could not sleep properly for 3 days and since I competed in Ironman Regensburg my need for a good night sleep essensiell. I would not recommand this hotel for anybody. Regensburg was still a very beautifull city.

Har bodd på dette hotellet med jevne mellomrom de siste 5 årene. praktisk hotell med kort avstand til jernbanestasjon, bysentrum etc. Parkering i kjeller. Frokost er utmerket, med jevnt god standard. Vennlig personell.

Ganske udemærket hotel centralt i Regensburg. Man skal dog vide at Hovedbanegården ligger lige ved siden af og at højtalere på perronerne og støj fra togene kan høres på værelserne

Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer zu den Bahngleisen und gegen morgen wurde es entsprechend laut. Ansonsten ein prima Hotel für kurze Übernachtungen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt.
