We stated at Trinity for three nights in June 2013. While the neighbourhood isn't exactly great, the location is pretty convenient with both the metro station and the colosseum being walking distance. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with all the basic amenities required. Being a bread & breakfast, there is no reception as such, but the owner Agapi is extremely helpful and responsive.

"Affordable, well located, quiet and no hassles"

Rome is expensive (and fabulous!) so if you're on a tight budget it makes sense to save on accommodation. We found Trinity B&B ideal, with its very reasonable price of £62 per night. It is a short walk to Manzoni Metro station on Line A, and is conveniently located halfway between the Coliseum and the main railway station. The room was warm, clean, quiet; the beds comfortable; everything we needed (Wi-Fi, duvets, iron & ironing board, spacious wardrobe) was provided. Staff are discreet and helpful, and contacted us before arrival to give us directions from the airport to the hotel. It's not luxurious, but if you're looking for a great bargain I would highly recommend it!

"Cheap basic accommodation in the centre of Rome"
05/16/14 dapper80 Bury, United Kingdom
We booked this based on the reviews and because it was pretty cheap (for Rome). The room was an OK size, with a TV, fridge and large walk in wardrobe - which could be converted into a small bathroom. Our bathroom was private, but down the hall - which was a pain, but was a decent size and clean. Our first impressions of the room - dingy and basic. We couldn't open the shutters fully due to the scaffolding behind it and the white lace curtain was overdue a wash. The room was tidied daily but we seemed to have a problem with ants. Workmen were banging away by 8.30am - which was not a problem on the days we were out early. The staff were friendly although they were not around that much. It would have been nice if they had explained there were workmen during the day, or give us a reduced rate for the room - or just acknowledgement of it. I asked for an Italian restaurant recommendation, and she suggested one across the street, where you can get a 10% discount - yet this was not my question! :) As mentioned before, they bring a hot drink, croissant and some crisp bread to your room at the time you want (8.00 - 10.30). Overall - this is good if you want a cheap, basic room close to the Colosseum and Metro station. It's no frills, so maybe not for a romantic getaway.

"great budget hotel"

the room was basic but for the price paid I had no issues at all. the location is convenient only 15 min walk from termini and 12 mins from the Colosseum. on arrival the manager was friendly and helpful. the room i stayed in did not have a bathroom within but had its own private bathroom off the hall which was very clean and modern. the room included a fridge, tv and kettle and the bed was comfortable so was perfect for a break where you wouldn't spend too much time in your hotel and want a cheaper option. My only gripe would be that there was a mild smell of cigarettes as you walk in but this was not strong and I would definitely stay there again

"Well priced accommodation"

Ideal B&B in reasonable location. Very well priced. Two minutes walk from Metro. 10 minutes walk from Colosseum. Staff friendly. Brilliant orange juice and coffee. We found our room very warm, and there was a strong smell of smoke. We would return.

"Quick trip"

Booked hotel on a whim while at the airport, about to leave for Rome. Didn't have a chance to read much about the bed and breakfast or reviews. It was easy to get to, reasonably priced, friendly staff... No one bothered you. They let us stay an extra night at the same rate originally booked on orbitz the night before since we planned on staying a bit extra. Walking distance to termini station and even coliseum! Only negative was lack of hot water and breakfast was minimal. Would stay again!

"Rome on a budget"

Very friendly staff, very convenient for metro stations as well as the main station. Colosseum within walking distance. Room large, comfy bed. Breakfast is brought to your room as there is no lounge area/dining area. Breakfast was not your typical continental, was orange juice, choice of tea/coffee, warm brioche and some dutch rusks. Only fault being, bathroom a bit tired, but everything worked. Will definitely stay there again!!

"Nice, clean B&B, near metro station."

The room was clean & spacious, the staffs were helpful. It was located not far from metro station and many restaurants. It's 10 minutes walk to Basilica of St John Lateran, and 15 min. to Colloseum. It was also close to tour bus stop. Overall it worths your value of money.

"Great budget room"

Everything you want from a budget room. Friendly staff, nice quiet room, comfortable bed, enough (clean) bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was two types of bread, jam, orange juice, butter and coffee. Not bad, got me started in the morning. In a good area - very close to all the main tourist spots, also on a nice street itself with a few good coffee shops and restaurants.

"good, basic accommodation"

Trinity B & B is great as a base for exploring Rome. About a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and all the attractions nearby. The metro stop Manzoni is only 2 minutes away to take you further afield. The rooms are large and very clean. There is air conditioning and plenty hot water. The breakfast is brought to your room at a pre arranged time between 8am and 10am and consists of orange juice, croissant, French toast and tea/coffee,which is more than we got at other B & Bs. The owner is very friendly and helpful and arranged our taxi back to the airport for us which was more luxurious yet cheaper than the standard white taxis.

we were there for 4 days and it was great. Nice, big and clean room, good price and a very nice and kind manager. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice accomodation for a few days. It`s also very good located.
