      As noted in other reviews = I was very careful with the name of this hotel with the cab driver ... emphasizing Lopez de Haro -- and I still was first taken to "Hotel Ercilla." It seems there are a number of hotels in the "Ercilla" family of hotels -- but only the main Hotel Ercilla uses the name "Ercilla." A great hotel -- I just wish they would NOT list themselves as "Hotel Ercilla Lopez de Haro" but rather JUST "Hotel Lopez de Haro."

    Hotel is located in centre of old town near loads of bars. Also really close to tram and metro so very easy to get around the city. Hotel is what you'd expect for two star and if your only using it like me for somewhere to sleep then its perfect. The room was clean and simple although shower could have been little bigger.     WE liked the location, the hotel was clean & simple. WE would have really appreciated having a small fridge in the room to keep personal drinks & snacks cool overnight. We commend you for the energy saving measures being employed.

    Hôtel bien sympa situé dans le vieux Bilbao au ruelles animées . Pas de parking privatif, ni la possibilité de se garer devant, utiliser le Parking Arena situé à proximité du theatre, ensuite 5 minutes à pied. Ne compter pas sur la signalisation et de l'hôtel et du parking quasiment inexistant dans Bilbao.

    Hotel très bien placé pour rayonner à pied à Bilbao. Petit déjeuner copieux. Beaucoup de restos à proximité pour déguster les pinxos en fin d'après midi accompagné de l'excellent vin rouge du coin.
