It was a good "base" area to explore the Rhein area. The food was great! We had a car and it was convenient. I loved the home made jelly and wine! We had a great view of the river too. We did have to take a ferry to cross the river from Frankfurt which was a surprise but doesn't take long and not expensive . There were a lot of trains but we got used to it after a while and it was a little warm but we were there in the fall so not a problem.

Very happy that we decided to splurge for the Rhine River view room. The Rhinefels is in a great location (2minutes from the St. Goar Train Station & directly across the street from the K-D boat dock). The icing on the cake, was the superior service provided by the owner. He surprised my wife with beautiful fresh flowers prior to arrival and saved the day, by lending me a 220V transformer so I could charge my razor & digital camera. The free breakfast was great. This was a full breafast, not the usual continental type.

Lovely hotel. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the beautiful town of Bacharach. We would definitely stay at this hotel if we returned.

We were very happy with the large room we got. The restaurant was nice, and the manager (owner's brother) spoke English well. He was helpful in every way. If someone wants a quiet place with good value, close to Koblenz, this is the place.

A family run inn in a very small farming village about 12km north of Treis Karden- appeared to be recently built or renovated as the rooms and bathroom were modern and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very nice - scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, assorted cheeses and juice. We were also very happy that the free wireless internet signal was very strong. The only downside is check-out time is 10am and is firmly enforced.

A very well located hotel which was quite comfortable but in a rather noisy area. It was a hot night and we had to open all the windows which overlook a big square. We had to put a chair in front of the bathroom door as we kept tripping over the ledge going into and out of the bathroom. We wished there had been tea making facilities which even the humblest […] UK hotel provides. Not sure why they had a locked fridge in the room. The furniture was somewhat worn and cheap looking. ロケーションは駅近でした。ただドアを開けるのが非常に難しくフロントの方に開けてもらいました。フロントのお姉さんの接客はすごく良く英語も流暢でした。
