Super nice people! It's a joint where locals hang out. The rooms are bare minimum but for a night it was perfect. Not a word of English except for one employee... actually not a word of English in the town. The the best service and best pizza, and I have driven all of Italy.

The good: The room itself was great. It was clean, comfortable in a quiet area. Check-in was a breeze. The bad. No staff was fluent in English. We muddled through most things until the night another guest was trying out for American Idol. Then the fellow at the front desk spoke no English and hung up. We were also further away from Venice than it looks like on the map, about 40 minutes once we were in the parking garage. A consideration: By the time we paid for parking and petrol and the car we could have stayed in Venice for about the same. Breakfast was also light even by European standards.

The hotel was excellent, the breakfast outstanding! The only problem we had was not being able to get the air conditioning to work, but that was because we weren't using the remote controller correctly. I would definitely stay here again.

Had some trouble finding it... But it was well worth it!!! The grounds are beautiful, and the staff ever helpful and cheerful. The "cappuccino" at breakfast was great. The recommended restaurants in the area for dinner were very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and will plan on staying there again.

The location was Great, We made day trips to 7 different locations. Rooms were clean, and loved sitting on there patio in the evening.
