Definitely more like a bed and breakfast, but perfect for the town. You can walk to all restaurants and shops. The room was big and clean and you felt like you were at home. The breakfast was also very nice in a quaint room.If you want to experience a true town feel stay here!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. John has always been great in the dinning room and assisting us with our stays. Great location, parking space included with your room, easy access to skiing (bus to lift is right across the street from hotel), great European breakfast (fresh Orange juice machine is the best). We have stayed in Garmisch many times, and this is our first choice for a smaller hotel with personal touches.

Landeck is a great home-base for the Tirol region's skiing. We could have hit a different mountain every day (but instead went to Isghl twice since the snow was so good). The hotel staff was perfect. We had half-board (breakfast & dinner) included in the room rate and while the breakfasts were good, the 5 course dinners were amazing each night. My compliments to the chef! Will be planning another trip just to stay here again.

This is a very pleasant guest house in a town just outside of Garmisch and about a 15 minute walk from the Zugspitze rail. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional, home-cooked, and plentiful. I stayed here by myself for two nights. Regina took care of me like family on both days, including volunteering to drive me to the Zugspitze rail and to the Garmish metro when I left (both in the snow). She also was able to accommodate an early breakfast for me so I could catch my train on time. The house is from the 1890s and, although renovated, still has a simple, old Bavarian feel to it. The room was simple (had a deep bath tub, rather than mounted shower stall) but clean and comfortable. I was surprised at how pleasantly quiet the house was at night and slept very well. Lastly, they have a very cozy, copper fireplace w/ comfortable leather furniture in the front, bar area that is perfect for lounging in after a hard day of skiing. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for inexpensive convenience, comfort, and quiet!

First off, the hotel is great and the owner is very helpful and super nice. It’s a quaint place in Lermoos that you should check out. Second, please... understand that this is more of a rented apartment than it is a hotel. That isn't a bad thing, there is just a bit of difference. It caters to the skiers who stay for a week or so in the winter high season. Our room was one of the smallest and it had a furnished kitchenette which you can cook in, a large bathroom and a fairly spacious room. They give you towels and everything you need, but don't do daily room cleaning. Wasn't a big deal for us considering we only stayed for 3 days and didn't need any housekeeping. If you spend more money you can go from a little bigger to a LOT bigger room/apartment which can house quite a few people…perfect for families. We stayed in room #4 on the main floor (E) and the noise level wasn't too loud even though it was right next to the front desk and front door. Although, if I went back I'd ask for a second floor (European 1st floor) room. I'd try room #10, it looked like it had a cool layout, for not much more money. Lermoos is a great small town and the Zugspitze is in full view. There is a huge open field that we went walking in and did a leisurely bike ride through. Even has a golf course close by. For food, check out the BauernStube just down the street…Great food, best Grostl I’ve had! Overall the hotel was great for our needs. I highly recommend.
