This is a really nice B&B in an apartment. The room was lovely with a small kitchen, nice bathroom and balcony also. The man that runs it was very nice and helpful and has an apartment next door. Ιικανοποιητικό, ευρύχωρο, καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε στάση μετρό. Το πρωινό που ήταν ένα καλάθι με γλυκά και καφές που έπρεπε να φτιάξεις ο ίδιος, ήταν απογοητευτικό αλλά το ξέραμε ήδη. Στα μείον είναι ότι στις 3 αυτές μέρες δεν μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια/πετσέτες, ούτε μας πήρανε τα σκουπίδια από το δωμάτιο, συν ότι έπρεπε να περιμένεις πάρα πολλή ώρα για […] να ζεσταθεί το νερό και να κάνεις ένα μπάνιο. Το μεγαλύτερο μείον: το τελευταίο βράδυ δεν είχαμε ούτε χαρτί τουαλέτας, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι αγοράσαμε το δικό μας. Υπηρεσία ρεσεψιόν ανύπαρκτη. Έπρεπε να χτυπήσεις το κουδούνι του ιδιοκτήτη. Ικανοποιητική διαμονή, αλλά σίγουρα μπορεί κάποιος να βρει κάτι καλύτερο με αυτή την τιμή. Read more

I travelled with my girlfriend to Rome. It was my first time in the city and her third. I booked the trip as a birthday present to her. The price was somewhat lower than a lot of the hotels I looked at, nevertheless this place was just what I was looking for. It is not a hotel, but a plain apartment with all the nessesary things needed, when being on […] a holiday. The place was nice and clean, we had a small sealed of balcony and a fine toilet and bath. The only minus was our bed, it was a little hard and made a lot of noise :) The family owning the place lives in one of the nabouring apartments and they were very friendly and helpfull (although they didn't speak english). We had a late flight out of Rome, and we had our luggage stored in their apartment untill we had to leave. This was a very nice service. The apartment is close to one of the central metro lines and the area has a lot of fine restaurants. If you need a nice genuine place, with all the necessities of a normal apartment (- kitchen), and a central and well connected place this is the place for you. You lack some of the comfort of a normal hotel, but if you (like me) like to do most stuff yourself and dont nessesarily need someone to cater for you all the time this is a perfect place. Read more

Pour le prix c'est plus que parfait. Marco le propriétaire est des plus sympathique et donne un excellent service. La chambre avec le balcon fermé est très bien et tout a été refait à neuf. Le frigo à notre arrivée était bien rempli d'eau ,de boissons ainsi que de breuvages alcoolisés. Une bouilloire et cafetière sont fournis avec un grand choix de […] tisanes cafés et thé. Pour le panier collation c'est un peu ordinaire. Il y a un marché d'alimentation a côté qui est un excellent dépanneur. Parapluie fourni pour les jours de pluie. Ce qu'il manque a cette chambre c'est une petite table pour pouvoir manger et prendre un verre. Cette chambre est situé au 4ième étage avec élévateur et est jumelé à une autre appartenant au même propriétaire. Immeuble très sécure. Vous êtes a 100 mètres du métro...si nous retournons à Rome c'est a cet endroit que nous logerons....merci Marco !!!! Read more

Ei varsinaisesti hotelli vaan huoneisto / huoneistoja, jota vanhempi herrasmies rouvansa kanssa pyörittää. Pyörittävät myös lähistöllä olevaa autonvuokraus firmaa. Tilava ja siisti huone omalla parvekkeella ja kylpyhuoneella. Plussana pieni keittiönurkkaus. Lähistöllä ruokakauppa ja muutama ravintola. Huoneiston jääkaappissa vettä, mehua, ja pikkupurtavaa […] vastikkeettomasti. As Roman virallinen fanituotekauppa kävelymatkan päässä Ei sovi henkilöille jotka vaativat majoitukseltaan laukkupoikia, respaa ja huonepalvelua... mutta jos tykkäät omatoimimatkailusta ja haluat asua omassa rauhassa on majoitus erinomainen valinta. Pieni miinus ohuista seinistä naapurihuoneistoon. Puhe, suihku ja WC:n äänet kuuluvat melko selkeästi... ei kuitenkaan haitannut meitä Hyvä sijainti lähellä metroa.
