Good location and pretty property with large rooms. The two things we did not like was first that there wasn't any AC only heat. We went in winter but it was still warm and muggy sonit was needed. Sleeping with the windows open was noisy and not fun. Second was the shower water temperature. It just would not stay warm. It kept fluctuating from cold to hot no matter how I adjusted it.

Customer service was wonderful. each and every single member of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us. the apartment itself, I loved it. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, and the location couldn't be better (right beside the cathedral). The reception office is in a different location from the actual apartments about a block away, but the only good thing about that was that since it is right in front of the cathedral and the building has a really nice terrace we had access to it and we took some wonderful pictures from there. If I ever go back to Sevilla I would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

out reservation was last minute and on the website we booked off, it said there were spaces, however, when we arrived, they apparently didn't. however they managed to find space for us (magically in their hotel). room sizes weren't that big of an issue as we didn't mind so long as there was somewhere for us to sleep. however, the beds (bunk beds) were […] so squeaky that whenever one person moves the slightest, the whole thing shakes and squeaks and feels light it's going to fall on top of the person sleeping below as they weren't secure (like sleeping on a bed of jelly as the beds wobbled :S) Hygiene was also a massive let down. i knew is a 1 star hotel but they could at least keep the place a little cleaner. location was wonderful as there was a car park just down the road, it was next to the main street and park. beautiful location, just a shame about the cleanliness of the place. el hotel esta situado en un sitio estupendo pero a partir de aqui, todo comentario es negativo. La limpieza del hotel deja mucho que desear, la cama cojeaba, el cabezal suelto, la television no funciona, las toallas son alquiladas. El baño es tan pequeño que para sentarte en el baño hay que abrir las puertas de la ducha, la ducha tiene unos sesenta […] cm si llega, de ancho. Las camas ni tan siquiera estiran las sábanas, hay que hacerlas antes de materte etc...un asco. Armario no hay tienen colocadas unas barras de perchero y no sigo....... Read more

Hotel assez sympathique, petit déjeuner sympa, situation géographique parfait, en plein centre de Séville. Par contre, il n'y pas de lits double mais uniquement des lits superposés. De plus, il n'y a pas de douche, ni de WC dans la chambre (bien propres),il y a juste un lavabo. Enfin, il faut prendre vos serviettes de bain sinon il faut les louer. Au […] niveau des chambres, elles ne sont pas faites tous les jours. La situation de l’hôtel est parfait, vous n'avez que quelques mètres pour être dans le centre ville de Séville. Read more
