Service was great from the front desk to food, the pool is too restrictive about the caps if they would allow you to swim without the caps we would havenothing bad to say.

This hotel is an easy walk to either the old town of Ciutadella or the entrance to the port. It's clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and speaks English well. Breakfast is a bit expensive (as are all hotel breakfasts), but there is a nice little bakery about a block away for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. There is a nice pool, for those who do not want to walk to the beach. The neighborhood is safe, and there is free on-street parking.

Sa Caleta has a perfect location near Ciutadella and two small beaches. The rooms are spaceious and you have a roof fan in the livingarea. La estancia respondió a lo que esperábamos. Un confortable apartamento con cocina, sala de estar, dos habitaciones y baño. Nos costó encontrar el hotel porque la información (Google maps) facilitada por Hoteles.com era muy inexacta.
