Good location and pretty property with large rooms. The two things we did not like was first that there wasn't any AC only heat. We went in winter but it was still warm and muggy sonit was needed. Sleeping with the windows open was noisy and not fun. Second was the shower water temperature. It just would not stay warm. It kept fluctuating from cold to hot no matter how I adjusted it.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a family gathering in Spain. The service was superb, from making reservations to giving directions. It is beyond beautiful and perfectly located. Only a few minutes walk to all tourist attractions. Last but not least...the BAR is great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Customer service was wonderful. each and every single member of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us. the apartment itself, I loved it. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, and the location couldn't be better (right beside the cathedral). The reception office is in a different location from the actual apartments about a block away, but the only good thing about that was that since it is right in front of the cathedral and the building has a really nice terrace we had access to it and we took some wonderful pictures from there. If I ever go back to Sevilla I would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

I was relieved to find out that they had no bugs.. I found a bug and thought it was a bed bug..the pension is very clean and homey. Staff is friendly... and extremely helpful. They upgrade our room on the first nights stay as they had over booked but then charged us for airconditioning as the supplied fan was too weak to cool effectively. The second night was actually a better nights sleep in the cheaper. If you go in summer be prepared to pay more for comfortable nights sleep.

Het pension staat op een prima locatie in het midden van het centrum van Sevilla. De familiekamer die wij hadden bevond zich op de begane grond en was zeer gehorig. Verder zat er schimmel aan het plafond en was de badkamer krap en toe aan een grondige schoonmaakbeurt.

la habitación era muy amplia pero las instalaciones son bastante antiguas , la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, el baño necesita bastante reforma , lo bueno que tiene esta pension su ubicacion que esta cerca del centro .

La chambre était petite mais propre. L'unique douche par étage peut être insuffisante. Il m'a en plus fallu aller à l'étage supérieur pour me doucher car celle du 1er était brûlante (le robinet d'eau froide ne fonctionnait pas) et le propriétaire en semblait étonné...

Es francamente llamativo que un hotel en uno de los más bellos sitios de una de las ciudades más bellas del mundo, no dignifique sus instalaciones no ya a nivel de siglo XXI, ni siquiera al del XX. Era muy romántico el siglo XIX y sus pensiones, pero muy incómodas, y entre aquellos viajeros y estos turistas existen muchas diferencias de gustos y de […] disgustos: cuartos de baño decentes, ascensores y ¡por Dios! aire acondicionado que estamos en Sevilla.
