Hotel was beautiful. Room was small but nicely appointed. Breakfast room was like eating at a palace!! Staff was helpful and it is in a busy touristy area of town which was great for us. Hope to return soon!

it is a great hotel in a shabby neighbourhood. Overall impressions are very good. A few suggestions: install a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for good shaving; explain what a complex apparatus on the wall does (many switches).

Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station, very convenient to many sights in Palermo. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was cleaned very well each day. Would highly recommend as a great value hotel.

Our room was over a very noisy main street. Bring earplugs. There are two long flights of stairs to the hotel and no lift. Otherwise a cheap, basic hotel in a good location for exploring the mayhem and fun that is Palermo.

Basic, but sufficient, great location. The reception is not on ground floor and there is no lift so it was a bit tedious to carry the luggage upstairs.

Lite, trivelig hotell nær sentrum, butikker og restauranter. Svært hyggelige og behjelpelige personale, dog snakker de svært dårlig engelsk. Ikke noe å klage på på servicen, dog får ikke Palermo som sted toppkarakter.. Langt til strand og lite å ta seg til.

Helt centralt beliggende med bylivet tæt inde på livet - i 24 timer. Ikke god for den der søger ro. Der tales rigtig godt italiensk - resten foregår på tegnsprog.
