Rooms were large, the hotel was quiet and we were able to easily find on-street parking. The rooms were HOT when we arrived and failed to cool down even to outside morning temperatures despite keeping the A/C on during our 12 hour stay. Parking in the hotel lot was excessive ! Cost of parking for the night/day was double the cost of parking in the other big cities we stayed at in Spain ! But that was the only bad experience at the hotel. The hotel and staff were very good. And breakfast was better than most other hotels in Spain, both cost and quality.

Great staff and had great recommendations. Wifi was free And worked in the rooms. The hotel was just outside the tourist areas, close enough to walk and away from all the busy areas.

This is a well priced and very comfortable hotel, a short walk from the old walls of Toledo. The service was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the facilities were excellent.

Fifteen minute walk from the old town; you can walk or easily take the bus. Good location. If you have a chance, try to see a corrida in the arena just in front of the hotel; you have to live this experience when you're in Toledo. The restaurant, next to the hotel is fantastic. Very comfortable and spacious room in quiet hotel. Situated in a great old stone building just near the entrance to the old central part of Toledo, it took 5mins to walk to the large arched gateway to the older section of town. 酒店職員態度很差。我很清楚記得我選擇了有早餐的房價，但我入住時竟沒跟我說那個房價是不包早餐，待我們第二天吃完早餐要退房時，才跟我收早餐費。(我人在西班牙，不可能即時PRINT出HOTEL.COM的確認信給她看。)我入住的日期是星期天，她又沒告訴我們星期天泊車是不用付費，害我們找車位找很久又擔心會被抄牌。其實酒店有車位，但她不開放給客人，不知為何。酒店有免費無線上網，但要我們問她，她才很不情願地把密碼交給我們。 總之，前台的職員態度極不友善。
