Nice room, very spacious, and b&b in a great location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was OK, not a great selection. There needs to be better communication between the staff and the booking website to give the customer more information about arrival. We arrived at 4.15pm on Saturday but nobody was there, and nobody answered the mobile phone number provided. We had to wait 2 hours as they apparently gave the key to a near by restaurant, which was a good idea, but we had not been informed of this at all (text, email, or 3rd party booking website). The same thing happened to a couple who arrived the next day. This was the only down side to our stay.

We were very happy with our stay at Cimatori. Perfect location, warm hosts, clean and very nice room, tasty breakfast and generally a very warm atmosphere. We felt very at home! Highly recommended! Bathroom was a little small, but very clean.

Just stayed at this inn. For the location (so close to the Duomo & the Uffizi) and price, I couldn't be happier. Valeria, who manages it, was SO kind, helpful, and engaging. Plus it's cute, clean and has a good Italian breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby as well. I would come back in a heartbeat.

B&b Cimatori is really in the heart of Florence, Dante house Duomo, Palazzo della Signoria, Uffizi,Ponte Vecchio, just a few minutes walk. A visitor really can experience the feeling of living in a modern and ancient town, enjoying its backstreets and suddenly arriving in an open square where a famous monument can be admired.

My partner and I stayed in the beautiful city of Florence at the Cimatori B&B. Within walking distance of the train station, the B&B is situated in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. Cimatori's bright modern decor is refreshing and makes for a very pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive. We loved the breakfast spread. A perfect place to stay when visiting the city.

Stayed here for a couple of days and cannot say enough good about it. Entire family enjoyed our stay here. Owner is pleasent and a joy to deal with, breakfast was good and plentiful. Our rooms overlooked the local plaza and was a treat every morning watching the locals ready for their days.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our tour through Italy and enjoyed it. It's quiet and the location is awesome. We were able to walk to a lot of sights. The room we had was very, very spacious and bright (orange). Breakfast is provided but it's not much. My favorite part of staying here was the restaurant across the road from it....AMAZING gnocchi in truffle sauce. Birreria Centrale. We loved the food so much we ate there twice.

My husband stayed here while in Florence and loved it. The staff was very friendly and it's in a great location. You'll find yourself walking distance to everything and even has a great little beer bar on the corner in case you need to switch it up from all the wine of Italy. :) Would highly recommend!
"It's all about LOCATION!"

We stayed for 4 nights. No elevator, so have to lug bags up a few flights of stairs. Clean rooms. Minimal decor. Air conditioned. Free wifi. Decent beds. Room was on the smaller side for 4 persons. Our room was facing the street so it was noisy till about 9pm to 10pm. Breakfast was very minimal. LOCATION is everything for this B&B. Nice pizzeria just next door. Grocery store right under the B&B. 5 minutes walk to Duomo. Enjoyed Florence because we were in the heart of it, all the time.
"Quiet, clean, friendly, central"

Stayed in room with separate private bath. The owner speaks good English and was very helpful in arranging a late checkin for us. For such a central location, the room was surprisingly quiet. Clean room, reasonably comfortable bed, good size. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was DIY. Variety of simple carbohydrates -- croissants, plain rolls, toasting bread, biscuits, melba toasts and cornflakes -- apples and oranges in fridge, simple pots of yogurt, either filter or pod-espresso coffee, sweetened juice, funky-tasting (just Italian?) milk. Overall, highly recommended for basic accommodation. Would stay her again eagerly. (All essential tourist sites within easy walk, world's best pizza-by-the-slice -- "Pizza Toto" -- a few doors away.)
