Been staying here for years. Great staff. Minor note - no electrical outlet at the desk - make sure you have a long enough power cord to reach the single outlet in the room (typically 5-10 feet from the desk).

Our stay was short but very pleasant. We arrived via car from Milan, and our GPS could not locate the hotel. Signage is one sided, and if you arrive from the "wrong" direction, it is easy to miss in the dark. Recommended highly -- just be sure to double check directions.

Hotel Estee is right on the lake. Eating breakfast and watching the lake is very relaxing from the very nice breakfast room. Rooms are quite nice, if... compact. Could have used a real chair though. This is the best Hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world. A magnificient boutique property right on the lake. the position is perfect. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpfull. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, wir hatten ein nicht renoviertes Executive Zimmer gebucht, dass leider den Preis überhaupt nicht Wert war. Man bezahlt für die direkte Lage am See und die Aussicht sowie für die Terrasse aber nicht für den Service und die Ausstattung des Hotels. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass sich dies ein 4**** Sterne Hotel nennt, wir […] würden 3*** vergeben, wir finden es schade, dass solche Hotels nicht mehr in die Zimmer investieren, dann wären diese auch ihren Preis wert. Es gibt sehrwahrscheinlich bessere Hotels in der Umgebung, kommt darauf an was man für Ansprüche hat. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, was wir im Zimmer als auch am Frühstücksbuffet vermisst haben. Hotellet lå desverre ved en del av Gardasjøen som luktet råtnende alger, og på rommet lå det informasjon om at dører og vinduer måtte holdes lukket slik at man ikke skulle bli plaget av mygg. Hotellet og rommet hadde en dekor som ikke passet oss, men rommet var rent. Frokostbuffeten og parkeringen var gratis og bra, og det var enkelt å finne frem til […] hotellet.
