It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in total, at the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. Fabio, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful giving us tips on where to eat, sites to see, etc. It's possible to book tours and get tickets through him as well. The location is excellent as it's literally steps from a metro stop. It's not quite […] walkable to the main sites of the Colosseum and Ancient Rome (a 15 minute metro ride, 1 hr walk), but is within walking distance of the Vatican. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with new AC units that made our sleeps blissful despite the heat wave! It comes highly recommended! Read more

Location is next to the subway for easy access to everything. Rooms cosy and well kept. Staying there for five days was absolutely the best thing we could do (well six would be better).
