It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

Location.
Located in Rome (Appia - Cinecitta), Arco di Travertino is close to Circolo del Golf di Roma L'Acquasanta, Catacombs of St. Sebastian, and Parco della Caffarella. Also nearby are Catacombs of St. Callixtus and Tomb of Cecilia Metella.

Exceptional value including breakfast. Was a very nice hotel per se, even more so for the price I paid. Only very minor issue is that the shower was... mega-small, and the surrounding neighbourhood was very slightly run-down but not too bad and definitely safe. But still exceptional for the money.
