I had no room to put my clothes or luggage. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The breakfast staff was very friendly and hard working. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. I really liked the water and tea availability throughout the day. It was very convenient. The location of the hotel is awesome. The Internet worked very well compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

the hotel room was fine, my complain of it...is the windows dont allow you to look out unless you are standing. , so if you are staying in the room you feel closed in. however, my biggest complain is with the internet. while you can get on the wi-fi you cannot use skype or any other internet phone services or do any peer to peer downloading as it is blocked from your use. in addition it constantly knocks you off the internet, so you continuously have to log on and its tiresome. so i say...if you are going to offer wi-fi...then offer full wifi otherwise...dont say you have it.

Good clean hotel in a very central position. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby and easy to walk around. Great shopping too! Car park is underground & secure. Excellent stop over point.

Nice hotel. Just by train station. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. WiFi was a bit difficult. Kept disconnecting and having to sign in again whenever device went to sleep....

The absolute best breakfast in Europe on our two week trip ... and 9 hotels .... The hotel was getting repainted on the outside so there was plastic over our windows. There was a strong bleach smell from when the bathroom was cleaned and you couldn't really open the windows to let in fresh air. They have the absolute nicest hotel staff and the best […] breakfast. Hotel en el centro histórico, muy cerca de todos los monumentos a visitar. La habitación muy limpia y confortable. La recepción del hotel muy amable, ayudando siempre a resolver cualquier pregunta. Recomiendo desayunar en las calles medievales de Vitre y disfrutar de su pastelería, es sensacional. El hotel dispone de parking, pero no es necesario, ya […] que se puede aparcar con mucha facilidad en sus alrededores. Nuestro viaje, fue con dos niños de 12 y 9 años y todo el alojamiento fue muy bueno, ya que en la habitación había dos enormes camas para dormir y un cuarto de baño completo, todo muy limpio y disponía de conexión wifi gratuita. iEn resumen, recomiendo a todos el hotel, calidad y precio inmejorable. Fantastiskt litet franskt familjehotell i en underbar liten medeltida by. Detta är inget lyxigt cityhotell - här bor man för upplevelsen. Jättebra läge mitt i byn, missa inte den mysiga marknaden på lördagsmornar med försäljning av lokala råvaror. Ägarinnan till hotellet bor med sin lilla hund på bottenvåningen och berättar gärna om byns alla kvaliteter […] :-) Vi åkte själva med två barn på 5 & 7 år vilket fungerade jättebra, vi kommer att återvända!
